    I have to agree with you Karen. Holly Bailey from Missouri River Soap is amazing, she’s the first soap maker that I bought from. I wanted your products, but I’m from the states and I couldn’t afford you😁. But I just made my first buy from you recently and your packaging is gorgeous. I haven’t posted on your IG yet because I need to give my friend Gina her order, plus it shipped to the states very fast. When I look at your products I think of nothing but luxury and I can’t wait to open our stuff. Thank you!

    You are my favourite soap maker too. I watch most of them, new ones, old ones, but i ALWAYS watch yours first... and never skip over yours like I do the others. Its not what they look like, smell like or package like, its the ‘energy ‘ of the person and yours is the best! 🥰🥀I work with Divine Love, Spiritual Beings and Light frequency and energy every day...., its my life purpose and soul work I know what Im talking about here. 😁😘🙏🏻🥀

    Thanks for sharing this recipe. I really enjoy watching how easy it is for you to make them. However, here in Louisiana, when I tried your recipe it didn’t work for me. At first they unmolded perfectly but within 1-3 days they looked as if they melted! LOL When I say melted they just looked like a pile of powder! I even purchased a dehumidifier and tried again but achieved the same results. It was fun making them. But I just gathered up the powder and placed it in a jar or bag and sprinkled in the bath tub what I needed. Later I did try another batch but instead of carrier oil I used cocoa butter refined deodorized and added some kaolin clay and SLSA and that seemed to do the trick. You are definitely right about how the recipe doesn’t always work depending on where you are. Thanks for the video, glad you talked during this one. ❤️

      Did you un-mould straight after making? If so that's why, I leave mine in the mould overnight to keep them in shape. If you are un-moulding instantly you will need to buy something like semi spheres to put them in to keep their shape.

    • @handeedandeescrapper
      @handeedandeescrapper 4 года назад

      EdensSecret1 I use one of those 3D printer molds and I love it so I unfold as soon as I make one and just lay it on a padded tray or actually I use the muffin tins wrapped with cling wrap. It really helps with the shape of the bath bomb. Just wanted to thank you for all you do!

    Lisa, I dream of soap is awesome and thoroughly explains her steps. From grace to you, she is absolutely amazing & very very artistic, her soaps belong in an art gallery! Ophelias soapery has her colors and packaging down pat. Margie at Ladybug Lane Soaps is a hoot to binge on. She keeps me in stitches while making her extremely fun and good looking soaps. A good friend. Yellow cottage Soapery with Stacy, who is so sweet and good at piping, Keeley with Soy and Shea also does nice dough embeds and has great looking soaps. Patrick with soapy oaks farm is the expert with all natural ingredients and gives you a breakdown on each benefits. Grows a lot of his ingredients, has goats and uses the milk, also and puts them in his salves and tinctures as well. The all feel super awesome. I could go on and have much more. There are a couple, that I have tried their products. "Anonymous, they shall remain, nice folks, but some do not excel in soap making. Then there is KAREN......... You are the soap guru and Queen, as far as I am concerned. I adore your videos, love your home and area, love your chit chat and your colors always stand out in a stadium of soaps. Same with all your products. Love that you don't have an intro that is constantly repetitive and so VERY annoying. You are personable and get right to saying Hi and what you are doing. Do you have to use witch hazel, can it be substituted for aloe Vera?

    • @7slaper
      @7slaper 4 года назад +1

      Witch hazel is used because of the alcohol content, so alcohol will do, because it vaporizes quickly. Often, Aloe or water causes the citric acid with the bicarbonate prematurely.

    • @EdensSecret1
      @EdensSecret1  4 года назад

      You can use water but you will probably need less. However as Corry suggests water or aloe will set off the fizzing action prematurely and will affect how your bomb performs.

    Does this recipe flote?
    I thought u had to use a clay to make them hard

      If they are dried out well, they will float but you can never guarantee it. No you don't need clay at all to make a hard bath bomb as you can see with mine.

    I love Holly’s videos and packaging, but I don’t like her soap. I purchased over $100 worth to give as gifts for Christmas and the soap stinks. Every bar smelled terrible. I only make bath bombs, so I know what the fragrances were supposed to smell like, and none smelled pleasant. Many complaints and questions from those receiving the soap about whether or not it was rancid. 😆 I still watch her videos and support her channel, I just don’t purchase anymore.
