Jamb does not need to swap results for a preferred candidate, they have complete control of the database, they can just alter the database and give the person any score they want.

Some very brilliant students who had won National laurels in competitions like the Olympiad, the JETS, etc did not score up to 320 in JAMB. If she has always been winning all this national laurels plus if the average that made her first in her class was an average of 85 and above plus if her waec results prove otherwise, then I will buy the idea of antecedents. The investigation should start from the cyber cafe that she printed that result. She does not look like someone who would want to forge her result. There might have been a technical glitch somewhere. The JAMB portal or the CYBER CAFE.

Whatever the controversy, it's apparent the girl is quite brilliant. She said, instead of JAMB waiting till investigations were concluded, they ran to the media to start publicizing that she forged the result in question. Reminds one of INEC's hasty behaviour! If indeed she printed the result she has from JAMB's website, and can provide some sort of verifiable proof other than the piece of paper, she (through capable lawyers) can sue the body for defamation, vilification of her person, emotional harassment and trauma, and a host of other harms. JAMB has come out to explain how the fake result was obtained by the girl. JAMB said the result slip wasn't the same slip for this year exam. Even the QR code shows her original result. Nobody should be trusted. The girl may know about it, but she will not be the only one in the scam.

The student should take a legal action. First it was wrong for JAMB to have declared that she forged the result when they have gotten evidence of such nor completed investigation. It is a fact that JAMB is in charge of the result portal and can alter or manipulate or swap the results just to justify their claim. The best way to go about this is for DSS to either deman from JAMB the answer sheet or page of the girl comparing samw with the questions asked to ascertain her correct result. Shecan also get a court order directing JAMB to produce her answer sheet/page from which proper investigation could be done and result ascertained.

I saw parents come in expensive cars and put calls through and their responders will come out from JAMB office to meet with them. I did this findings sequeal to a case between a JAMB official and a 17 year old boy that paid money for his result to be inflated. When i heard about this on a very popular morning radio programme in Abuja, i decided to go to Bwari myself and confirm if a thing like that had been happening there and it turned out positive. If indeed she printed the result she has from JAMB's website, and can provide some sort of verifiable proof other than the piece of paper, she (through capable lawyers) can sue the body for defamation, vilification of her person, emotional harassment and trauma, and a host of other harms.
Investigators should check for 'glitches' with JAMB's 'servers'. It's no secret that in Nigeria, a lot of government office work is done shabbily and without attention to detail.

JAMB has come out to explain how the fake result was obtained by the girl. JAMB said the result slip wasn't the same slip for this year exam. Even the QR code shows her original result. Nobody should be trusted. The girl may know about it, but she will not be the only one in the scam.

This is false, cause results gets uploaded to the ussd server first doesn’t mean it doesn’t get uploaded online too, you can’t print ussd generated result and give to your institution and that’s why there a bar code and everything needed to confirm a result attached to any print out, you’re wrong if that’s what you’re basing this on.

The student should take a legal action. First it was wrong for JAMB to have declared that she forged the result when they have gotten evidence of such nor completed investigation.
It is a fact that JAMB is in charge of the result portal and can alter or manipulate or swap the results just to justify their claim. The best way to go about this is for DSS to either deman from JAMB the answer sheet or page of the girl comparing samw with the questions asked to ascertain her correct result.
Shecan also get a court order directing JAMB to produce her answer sheet/page from which proper investigation could be done and result ascertained.

I know that nothing lasts forever. I have said times without number that JAMB should be moved out from Bwari to Abuja Central Area for all to be seeing their activities.
I personally went to JAMB Office in Bwari 3 years ago, sat down by the corner and observed the illegal happenings going on between JAMB officials and Parents of JAMB candidates and I discovered that many of JAMB staff engaged in this result inflation business to make money. I saw parents come in expensive cars and put calls through and their responders will come out from JAMB office to meet with them. These responders from their facial expressions and conversation appear not to know these parents. The next thing, they exchanged contacts and they will go.
I did this findings sequeal to a case between a JAMB official and a 17 year old boy that paid money for his result to be inflated. When i heard about this on a very popular morning radio programme in Abuja, i decided to go to Bwari myself and confirm if a thing like that had been happening there and it turned out positive. Let Government do a forensic investigation and you will see the rot that has been happening in JAMB office.
