    Sugar 7g|1Tbsp
    Instant yeast 3g|1tsp
    All purpose flour 140g|1cup
    Sea Salt 2.5g|1/2tsp
    Powdered milk 15g|2Tbsp
    Melted butter 20g|1.5Tbsp
    Frying oil as needed
    Caster sugar 70g|1/3cup
    Cinnamon powder 1/2tsp

    Oh donut holes! I can remember the first time I saw this little donuts was on an anime called as Yumeiro Patissiere! Back as a kid, I dream of making a lot of pastries such as tarts, choux, cakes, breads, custards and when I saw your channel a few months ago I subscribed immediately cuz it reminds me of my favorite anime! Like yeah! I've tried a lot of recipes from your channel and my childhood dream had become a reality for now! ✨

    This recipe I find is so versatile for any other variants you can do like adding chocolate glaze, Bavarian cream, or even adding a hint of cinnamon in the dough for a bit of heat. Would also love to see a chocolate-cake donuts and donut-holes recipe for the choco-holics someday.

    I too used caster sugar but the sugar grains did not stick on the surface. Are you supposed to drop the sugar & cinnamon as soon as you take it out from the oil?

      Hello! Donut shop worker here. Yes, you’ll want to put the donuts into your cinnamon sugar immediately after they’re cool enough to touch. The residual oil helps the cinnamon sugar stick (and the donuts are *heavenly* when that warm)

    How interesting here in Brazil we have a cake similar to this one but the dough is more liquid, we affectionately call it "rain dumpling"

      fyi. apron ☺️ i made this 2x already 2 consecutive days😁 very addictive omg. i doubled the recipe and still disappear fast🥺🤤 my kiddos new fave donuts. i also add powdered milk in the sugar cinnamon. perfect! yummy!🤤 thank you apron! 😘

    What is the milk mixture ingredient? Where you can buy it?

      It is dried milk. Supermarkets might sell it where you live. If you can't get it, it won't matter not putting it in.

    My fear is deep frying..not a healthy style of cooking. Shallow fry..each donut has 60. Calories..not suitable for diabetics..Find healthier ways to make this dish.

    Do you think it will work too, putting some apple cubes into the dough before frying? Does it work enought well to entierly cook the apple parts in the midel too with only frying?
    Cause Appels goes very well with beniets and sugar/cinamon couple 😄👌👍👐

    Esta se não me engano é uma receita brasileira e o nome é bolinhos de leite em pó. Fiz uma no meu canal só que assei ao invés de fritar e criei assim uma receita de broinhas de leite em pó. E ficou bem melhor do que os bolinhos. O problema dos bolinhos fritos é que eles sugam muito o óleo e ficam encharcados. Como broinhas ficou um espetáculo!

    So they have donut holes and donuts which have premade holes, but what do you call the hole that that donut has? Is it also called a donut hole? Or perhaps the hole of the donut? Supposing you start out with a donut which has no premade hole of the donut, and you now remove the section of the donut where said non existent hole of the donut would in theory be located, from the whole donut, would the part you removed now become a donut hole leaving in its wake a hole of a donut? Do donut holes have to be made separately? Can they not have come from the center a whole donut which was made without the hole of a donut? If a donut is premade with the missing center of the donut, does it really have a hole? Would it not be a whole donut, since it was made that way and nothing was ever taken away from it? Now supposing you took a whole donut hole which was made from the center of a donut which was not made with a premade hole of a donut, and placed it inside of a donut which was in fact made with a premade hole of a donut, does it now have two donut holes? Or does it become a whole donut without any holes? Or in other words, is it wholly whole or wholly holey?

    If you want a delicious seasonal twist, add 1 cap full of apple extract to the dough. Or any flavor really.
