She is standing in front of a friggin' wall at age 14.......and sounds like a world-class singer with 20 years of experience!! She sings with poise, professionalism, and class for such a young lady and I just luv these early Lucy 'gems'! "Beauty and the Beast" comes to mind!!
I know , I come back to these quite often , it's something to see all the confidence Lucy had at such a young age .
I don't know what the world thinks of songs sung by Lucy Thomas. But it appears to me she is probably one the best singers out there in the world. Yes there other good singers like Sandy Denny and others. But Lucy Thomas has a style of singing that needs absolute attention.
I think I certify her as one of best out there.
This voice is a gift from God. Period. I hope it gets used for His Glory .... Please Lucy do not let fame ruin your life.. Money and fame can destroy you. People will line up to use you. Protect yourself. Your gift is incredible..

This is the 22nd song I have heard from Lucy this morning. At 14, you can already hear the depth and richness in her voice and her range is unbelievable. I can't express in words how incredible I think she is - a true wonder of the internet. I look forward to hearing her new songs as well as playing songs I have already heard - many of which bring tears to my eyes (or make me bawl like a baby). Thank you, Angel !

the real magic by this 16 year old girl is: she took the most difficult songs to cover, and then the songs are not only a cover, but a incredible own and personally version, often imO better than the originals . I never before heard such a kind of justice to "no-go`s" like Mariah Carey`s, Musicals and all the other songs. Again only the very best wishes from Germany to a young, gifted and stunning girl.

What a world class accomplishment for a 14 year old with a world class song, I mean she really has a set a pipes!
Recently the original singer, Loren Allred breathtakingly sang this classic in a public competition show... it was truly great... BUT, Loren's performance wasn't as tender and sweet and clean and beautiful as the version Lucy performs here. Lucy's version is priceless.

I started following Lucy about 2-3 years ago and believed each new video showed an even better version of her. After listening to this video of a 14 years old from 5 years ago I am not sure my previous impressions were entirely correct. I mean, how much better could she be? This is one of the most incredible spine chilling performance I have ever heard (from anyone). Even at 14, this is not the voice of an amateur but that of a superstar second to none.
