After almost 5 years, and so many new builders (Breakdance, Bricks, Zion, Brizy, etc), there are still things that are unique in that list... 1- View and edit HTML code: don't think any other builder (besides maybe LiveCanvas which is an HTML builder more than anything else) allows you to view and edit the code that way; 3- Well, we could argue that Oxygen completely bypasses the theme and that Bricks is a lightweith theme itself, so doesn't need that feature... but the closest would be Breakdance, that allows you to bypass the theme (like Oxygen) or not... So, pretty similar, but not exactly the same thing; 4- Breadcrumbs has been integrated into Gutenberg/Blocks; also most builders now have a navigation/structure panel to show it, but the way that TA does it is only replicated in Gutenberg from memory (don't remember all the page builders out there on the top of my head... 5- Ease of overall text editing: I think that I saw something similar lately... Was it the new FSE of Gutenberg in WP 6.2? Probably... Looks like Gutenberg is the only one taking notes of what TA did well... ;) 7- Background layers: TA is still the only one to do it!!! Yes, many allows you to have an overlay, but that's all. How do you put 4 images in the four corners like in the example? You can't... 9- Float: I think I saw it, but let's be honest ths way of building has been replaced by flex and grid layouts nowadays... But still, I think only Elementor (and buried somewhere Breakdance) allows us to do exactly that... 11- Show hidden elements... Hmm, didn't see it in the most popular page builders from memory...
That's why it's number 2 on my list... Most people don't need the advanced features that I need (absolute positioning, float...). Have you tried Thrive Architect? They're pretty similar, so moving from one to the other is easy... And Thrive is constantly adding new things (latest is global colors, before that it was forms and header and footer)... So, slowly they're approaching Elementor Pro... but of course, the fact that we can add to Elementor is a big plus (along with the ease of use of templates and role management that is still to come to TA)... So, will never blame someone who has Elementor has his first choice ;)
Really good tips. The float feature is one I wish I had known month's ago. Thanks.

Thank you.
I like criticism of the author. Great work, man! Very useful interesting videos
Great! I like it when I can help! Thank you!
As for me the builder number one is Elementor. Very fast development, a lot of features. Also o lot of useful addons for it

Yes, I have TA, leads licences. I love Thrive products. But for now Elementor has more features. I use Thrive for posts writing-very convenient tool
@@9090RF One year later, you still prefer Elementor Pro vs Thrive Architec?
@@balhazer Elementor is the best of the best, and has a lot of addons
