I'm so glad to hear the reality of the life of chinese immigrants in Pendleton,OR.. shedding light on racism from white people is important to address the denial we seem to still have regarding our recent past towards other races and cultures .

The racism against the local Indians was tremendous as well. The very people who built the foundations on this city and defended it. Are discriminated against. Backstabbed and treated like shit. Nowadays Pendleton would be nothing without the CTUIR
