- Mahima Chaudhary speaks about her acting career after Pardesh. She says, "I don't know I have a style or not I think we'll get to know over a period of time. I have done different films till now, after Pardesh I havn't done any similar film to Pardesh. I like to dance, I like to perform on stage and I like Hindi music.
Everybody was doing romantic films when I did Pardesh and it is my luck that Raj Kumar Santoshi chose me when he was making Lajja and Priyadarshan approached me when he was making Ye Tera Ghar Ye Mera Ghar.
Mahesh Manjrekar is so much talented and he is also from theatre. He has written so many scripts from his earlier days so he has a stock this is the reason he make films one after another. Most of the film directors make one film and and then they sit down and write another script while Mahesh Manjrekar doesn't need that one year period to sit and write."
