Great drumming! I love this interpretation of the drum part. One thing I can't understand, having played drums in a worship team nearly 30 years ago. What's the attraction with huge, paperthin cymbals? 18" crashes for Hi Hats seems crazy to me. Why no go with some 15" K Light Hats if you want a darker, more subtle sound? A 21" K Sweet Ride seems like it would be perfect. I can't even hear these cymbals. I'm not try to criticize but trying to understand. I see these thin, washy cymbals being used in churches all over. It's not jazz in a martini lounge, LOL.

No criticism taken! Honestly most sound engineers I work with prefer going this direction with cymbals. The bigger thinner cymbals help blend in the mix easier to kinda just be present rather than taking up too much high end in the mix. Plus being caged up in the fish bowl is a whole other struggle and smaller cymbals tend to make it harder. Hope this helps!

Wowwwww the studio recording sounded like the drummer had three hands and after seeing it played live, you actually dont have three hands! Amazing. Keep glorifying God!
