Your product seems great. Good enough we got in on the 1st 25 for your kickstarter program. Your marketing/FB and social media is horrible. You guys don't answer e-mails or Facebook posts. Take care of the people that got your program off the ground! I would like to think the people that invested in your company could at least have their questions answered. It seems like now that you got the money you needed, nothing else matters.

I'll tell you what I'll do. I'll copy and paste all the comments from the all the backers for this product from the Kickstarter page to share here for everyone to see so the none backers can see how SwellPro operates. Not sure if SwellPro and Urban Drones are one in the same or two different companies but I can assure you that the customer service from SwellPro just to answer questions is bad and is not what they are telling their customers on their Kickstarter page.... FACT. I have left comments on their FB page as well.

I'm sure you'll answer this soon in an update video, but I'm curious so I will ask... is it a typical 3 axis stabilized type gimbal? Or does it also compensate for forward pitch (and speed!) by also mechanically adjusting uptilt as needed? Not a dealbreaker by any means, but a man can dream right?
The Spry doesn't have a gimbal, instead it has a servo that can tilt up and down during flight. The video is electronically stabilized in the camera. You can set the camera to auto tilt as you tilt the Spry forward. Let me know if this answered your question.

I was looking at another company that makes just the frames for waterproof drones and by the time I have the frame, parts, time to put it together etc.. I would end up spending more. This looks like a great alternative. Now to see it actually fly and can I expect to do inverted rubiks with it! :)
funKdat FPV which one did you look at? I want to see it and maybe offer it as an RTF
@@FlyersDistrict I was looking at the dex hydro frame, but it requires quite a bit of work. If the Spry can fly similar to a 5" racer, I would be interested in getting one. Also, can you add your own receivers?(crossfire).
@@funKdatFPV I think the ability of the Spry is continue to get better over time. It's not design to to get other receivers unless you open it and hack it out.
@@FlyersDistrict Does its performance mimic say a regular drone like a phantom or can it do flips/rolls like a 5"?
@@funKdatFPV it's more like a 5" racer. It can do flips and has acro mode, but it also has a GPS and can fly level mode
