- In this video, I decided to create my own speedrun. This is because I needed my own world record, but I don't wanna put hundreds of hours into it, so I made this abomination of a run instead. Enjoy the trials and tribulations of Chris McClean's adventures in trying to find love in Tomodachi Life, a 3DS social-simulation game.

Fun fact: You can set a miis relationship with your lookalike to Spouse and have a much higher chance of dating/marriage.

I’ve noticed that, usually, if your first mii is a male mii and your second mii is a female mii, or vise-versa, they will develop feelings for each other, so you could’ve save a lot of time with just 2 miis.

it's literally a running gag in total drama where chef keeps wearing dresses so that fits PERFECTLY
I remember when I started Tomodachi Life, several months pass and my miis entered their first relationship. I watched with joy as Sans and Princess Peach began to date only for my heart to shatter when they broke up. Luckily she is now happily married to FredWreck, the villain of my island as my mii's rival (he went through a redemption arc).

Clothing in tomodachi life be like:
Men: will automatically be much, MUCH more likely to dislike, and be more or less stripped of any rating above an average "like" for the womens category, feminine uniforms and feminine costumes
Women: will be a little harsher in general on any clothing from mens, male uniforms and masculine costumes, but will still not uncommonly be able to like, love or somtimes really love them.

I did not expect Chris to be the only male but it is a welcome surprise 😂 Total Drama is literally one of my favourite shows and I’m not surprised that others also like Total Drama so of course it makes sense that Chris is the only male.
Fun fact: It's much easier to just use your lookalike and the second mii ever on the island to get them together. their friendship is already there.

I'd be happy to do another run, but I feel like I kinda did everything I wanted to with this one, like it wouldn't be as funny. If I get a good idea for it though, I'll definitely do one in the future!

Fun fact, the compatibility meter doesn't really matter. It's just for fun. It's determined by birthdates so if it really matters to ya, you can change the date by 1 day and get entirely different results. Personalities however can influence romance. On wiki it shows that there are certain compatible personalities like Charmers and Brainiacs, and Softies and Free Spirits.

Quick question, what emul- er, totally legal method of playing Tomodachi Life did you use? For, you know, scientific purposes and not totally abusing the multiple saves so I don’t have to delete my original cart save and thus lose out on the memories.

Personally, for my "experiment" I used the Citra emulat- GAME PLAYER!!! Theres also an error in the "experiment" to look out for. If you just boot up the game, the miis faces will be x'd out. You should be able to find a video with a fix on youtube

I really wish they had relationship that could be made for characters that wasn't tied to the look alike mii. Ex: give the option to make B mii and C mii siblings but have no family relation to A mii (the look alike.) Basically it would remove the akward parts
