Makes perfect sense and something good to keep in mind. Exception for the larger sauciers where you just have to accept the weight/handling issues

I have the 16cm 1,5 liter version. It's a betuful pan, always at the induction cook top ready for easy tasks like boiling water, egg, small pasta. Thank for the feedback. The 16cm is already heavy. I belive the handle is to thin to work well.
i belive my next pot will be the 22cm 4 liter.

I believe the 1,6litre / 16cm only come with one long handle? Thats what I have and its very convenient with one handle for a small pot. Lager sizes become to heavy to maneuver with one hand including liquid.@edntz

How come you pronounce demeyere with what sounds like a hard L?

I think that's the correct pronunciation.

@@mq46312Here's Maurits Demeyere saying it: ruclips.net/video/GcfbwXUOkdo/видео.htmlsi=VcJdyTI6i9EhG9gu
It's definitely Dem-"eye"-re rather than Dem-ay-ler. I can detect a little roll of the tongue on his pronunciation of the R at the end, but I don't hear it as a hard L.
