    I don't even fence rapier but this was great to watch. I'm pretty familiar with Guy's warmups from his sword school online courses so it was good to see them in here too, and a little glimpse into Capoferro. Great stuff!

    The warm-ups are very close to some Asian martial arts and Russ Mitchell's Hungarian Fencing warm-ups. Humans have so much more in common than we do differently. Shame that we spend so much time blowing eachother up.
