- Becoming an IAS officer is not easy. It requires a lot of strength and resilience. The story of Varun Barnwal is an inspiration to all those who leave their goals incomplete citing a lack of resources and facilities.
Varun, who hails from the Boisar area near Thane, Maharashtra, had secured 32nd rank in the civil services examination in the year 2013. Varun stood against all odds and did not give up on his dream and dealt with all the obstacles. As a result, he found the solution to all his problems and became an IAS officer.
Becoming an IAS officer is a dream for many. Lakhs of aspirants appear for the tough UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) to become an IAS officer but only a few make the cut.
So how does life change for the ones who do make the cut?
How does a day in the life of an IAS Officer typically look like? Is there a fixed daily schedule? What are the responsibilities? How is life of an IAS Officer in India?

Civil services bring job security, which is what is believed by a large number of people in our country. @@uv28 i actually understood what her comment is - if u see the video he says - "Mein choot nahi bol saktha huun nahi to mera biwi mujhe marege" and he quickly said something else thats what this comment meant that he does not have toxic masculinity bcz if he had he would have downplayed the wife to appear great.
