You just configure peering for VPNv4 address family.

i have a problem in State/PfxRcd not change value ??
If your BGP session is established, male sure you have a route-policy allowing prefixes. This is necessary in XR but not in IOS.

can you enter rd and rt globally like in ios xe or it must be in each address family?
Unlike IOS and XE, in XR RD must goes under the VRF definition (under BGP process). RT however is defined when you are configuring your VRF globally.
