That is something recent, remember that all those people are watching a performance of 2013 mostly and she started singing with the band end of 2012. So the fans at the concert are having those "floorgasms" of the last note every performance since then.

Holy guacamole, she's gorgeous... I know she's wearing a lot of makeup here but damn, her eyes and smile (and that accent ♥ ) are definitely a winner! I seriously hope she's here to stay with Nightwish, I've been looking for a tour date I could see them live but it's not that easy to come by!

@@MichaelangeloFI They all were great, don'T compare them. Tarja was Nightwish, Floor is Nightwish 3.0, we all love them three. They are different, but they all fits / fitted. Which of them fits most, is a personal thing. I do have my favorite, but I accept and respect them all!

Having more live vocals rather than pre-recorded, is something I noticed right away when I heard them live. That is something which went a long way with me really becoming a fan of Floor.

That's what happens when you take care of yourself and don't do dope like most bands like Mason Rob zombie and steal Panthers and many more. But for nightwish every last band member is beautiful.

I was an atheist, but then I saw Floor and now I believe in the existence of Goddesses and Gods.
She is so beautiful and perfect. I got to meet Floor when I was 15, and then got to see her perform when I turned 18, and both times I was struck by her beauty, her grace, and her natural charm with Nightwish. She is unparalleled!!! My favorite band was better for inviting her. She has such great reapect for the other members, though the songs she has written for her other bands have all been just as gorgeous as her.

She's so beautiful, and so so so passionate about Nightwish. I love how deeply she respects and appreciates Tuomas, he deserves that. It's not like with Tarja, who had this "Okay, I finished singing, my part is done, bye." attitude, and the whole threatening to leave at any time because of her "this band will crumble without me" mentality. Floor is not only insanely skilled, she's humble. I love how she recognises Nightwish is Nightwish BECAUSE OF TUOMAS. Just the way she grins and her eyes light up when speaking of how he makes the band sound like it does... it's just ugh.
She is the best thing to ever happen to this band, period. It was about time they got a vocalist that is talented, involved AND appreciative of her fellow band members.

It's true. Years ago I fell into a deep and horrible depression. I barely ate or slept or spoke and lost all the will to live. Then I watched Floor perform on stage for the first time. I didn't notice at first but my husband said to me; "I never thought I would see you smile again." Apparently I was transfixed and smiled the whole time. Her beautiful voice comforted me when nothing else could and watching her perform brought me so much joy. She continues to brighten up my days and I will always be grateful to her

My wife and I saw Nightwish in Birmingham last monday. She is an amazing, truly amazing singer. Her voice is like no other. But, apart from that, she has a great stage presence. The best vocalist out there. And to top it all, Beast in Black were supporting and Yanis is amazing too.
Agree on all accounts. Was at the last concert in Helsinki with my wife. And the band as a whole is really on top of their game. I came home with a signed copy of Beast in black cd :)

It's just personal opinion, really. I personally much, MUCH prefer Floor in Nightwish and as a vocalist. I could never get into them years ago because of Tarja's and Annette's vocals. As soon as I saw the Wacken 2012 show with Floor, I was so happy, because I've always loved the instrumental side of Nightwish, and now I can love the vocals as well.

What A woman so modest and yet so talented ...
I will always love Tarja and her time in NIghtwish but this lady omg her voice is amezing. She is definitely great for Nightwish.
I came to know and love Nightwish in the Tarja years, and only recently got back to them learning how Floor has adapted into the group. While I love the songs and performances of Tarja and have a nostalgic bond to many of them, I can't bring myself to be appreciative of her because of how she forced their parting, and how her true color came to shine publicly afterwards. To be that dismissive and arrogant when all you are bringing is your voice(and Floor has proven that didn't make her unique). Meanwhile Toumas burns passionately for the band and Floor just admires him so much for it, even if she has also proven to be a composer and songwriter herself. I haven't had the chance to properly bond with her yet, but I already love her so much more than Tarja for how she treats the other members.
She sings well and all but she lacks that special something that separates her voice from others like Tarja, Doro, Otep, Tairrie B. She is more like a generic but great and powerful singer. To my ears she does a good enough job but she doesn't really add anything to the sound to make it special.
Apart from her unmistakable charisma and style of performing, I think she three things going for her if you only look at the singing: first, her undeniable versatility and range. Second, her sheer power and tidal volume that she's able to muster. No, four things. Thirdly, she's actually quite the virtuoso with melismas and stuff. No, five things actually: fourthly, she sings tastefully and knows where to place effects. And last but not least, she has a really, really beautiful voice in her lower range, especially when she sings softly, enough to give me chills every time.

Saw them last night, the live harmonies was a massive delight especially when 90% of concerts these days have a lot of backing tracks. They of course still use them too but it really made a difference hearing it truly live.
I've loved Floor and After Forever for like fifteen years. She's always been amazing.
