I know this comment won’t be read by anybody but the most important thing for me was that Rob didn’t care about his high end slabs. He literally talked the whole video about 1-20 Dollar cards and how they are processed. This shows he loves cards and it’s his passion. He deals with small cards and loves it. I really enjoyed the video. If anybody says they’re lowballing people: how else should they make money? They pay taxes, need to make profit and so on. I liked watching this, makes my heart go wild ❤️
This is amazing and I appreciate the owner showing you how he organizes a massive organization. A real treat to see the behind the scenes business and operations. Well done.
This dude is my hero. Best part of an LCS or card dealer is their ability to keep things fresh. It’s so disappointing when LCS’s or dealers just want to sell on eBay or Whatnot and don’t put out good cards in shop. Love what this guy is doing.

At least they treated you with respect…when I go there they absolutely lowball me for my high end cards. This store is a complete joke but love how they switch their attitude once someone like yourself walks in, wish they could treat their daily customers better and offer better on sports cards that people bring them.
@@lowrollerscratcher3563 still doesn’t make up for the other disappointments…I agree the shop is beautiful without a single doubt but don’t expect any good offers on any card you bring then unless 1. You’re close friends or family 2. A person with high following or influence in the sports card hobby…
I wish they would come open a shop in Florida lol. Would love to go visit Burbank card shop and Card Collector 2, but they are way too far from me. Come open a shop in Florida!
Will say that this store and the size of it is unique. Dont think its possible to do anymore without having many millions in the bank and 30 yrs of knowledge. Amazing just speechless.

Loving these old tour videos! New to the hobby, and seems like the majority of buyers haggle. How does Burbank respond to that? I'm guessing they don't train employees they can accept 70-90% or then everyone learns that's what they should offer... but I also get the feeling somehow good card shops aren't coming across as rude if it's "the sticker's the price."

I biought a graded KD off ebay from Burbank and have no complaints. They seem to be very transparent in everything they do.
