i lived in kelham hill in guyshill and went guyshil high, also traveled from trinity to guyshill to school in 98. been living in uk 21 years and this brings me back man nuff respect. i cant stop watching these videos because i was poor and moved alot and you literaly go to everywhere ive lived. port maria, glock street, fronteir, sandside, guys hill, housing scheme and pagee. im waiting forr trinity and sandside tho. i show all my people where i grew up and are facinated thanks to you.big up

I am a Jamaican living in Japan and on my next trip home I plan to drive from Ocho Rios, pass through Highgate & Richmond and on to my place of birth Mongrave . Your videos have been so helpful . This one from Highgate to Guy’s Hill brought so much memories from schools days at Guy’s Hill High . Yow big up ! Much respect.
In this video, you went through an area called Windsor Castle, I could see my family house on the left, the area has really changed, it's nice to see little areas I can remember, nice video thanks
Same here. I lived just above the post office and later on the hill where the St. Mary/St. Catherine border is located. That was more than 40 years ago. I lived there from infancy to about 9 years old.
While watching this video; I tried to see if I could remember any of these areas, but the area has change too much, and because i have not gone back for a very long time, everything looks different.
Thanks for introducing me to this part of Jamaica. This looks like cool mountain country, it reminds me of the old Jamaica, twisty roads with districts interspersed between fields. I am enjoying Jamaica, thanks to you.
This video and the Highgate to Port Maria video brought back so many memories. From infancy to about age 10 I lived in Windsor Castle. My parents worked in Highgate and Port Maria and I went to school in Port Maria (Infant and Primary) so we commuted every day by car or minibus to school and work. I knew every curve of that route. In fact, I am bingeing on all the St. Mary videos since my dad's job took him all over the parish and I use to accompany him when school was out. This was more than 40 years ago. It is amazing how the place have been built up and some familiar landmarks and buildings are no longer there. When next I visit Jamaica I have to drive those roads and show my kids what it was like :-). Thanks for the memories. (love that Subaru boxer 4 drone)

You were driving south, not north. Guys hill is south of high gate.... It would have been more intresting if you had added some narrative to the video.
The reason you thought it was a VW BUG is because the Subaru has the same boxer 4 cylinder configuration and firing order as the VW. So its understandable.

@@dubsounds Yowww i remember some country buses that used to run dem road yah . Mail Bus Sir Winston da one yah run da route for a long time McCauleys Uncle sonnys National Queen. Victor Transport , Some of the most talented bus drivers i ever seen drive buses on st Mary's routes .
