Should we therefore jail the people who designed the printing presses for the $US for facilitating crime? Seems a pretty long bow to draw to me. How about just locking up the real criminals who did the wrong thing? rather than those who created a tool that, like all tools, can be used for good or can be misused for bad. Unfortunately it is my belief that ALL crypto already mined and traded will be confiscated or voided citing tied to criminal activity. Only nearly minted Bitcoin and Ethereum will be bought by the same powers, held in their custody and used for ETFs. "Virgin" Bitcoin and Ethereum will be the only legal crypto in the U.S. All transactions will be routed through the same powers as usual. I could be wrong. I truly believe this is the ultimate goal for U.S along with the FedNow and CBDC. Thanks.

Not to be the "a-hole" here, but I have a honest question.
How can we fight and want freedom from governments and pay no taxes but still want to live in a confortable place, with good infrastructure, like schools, streets, roads, parks, police keeping us safe, hospitals (I know that's not for the americans).
Anyways, how would all of that work if we don't pay taxes? I think that will never work and it would be a step back in modern society.

I think it is the responsibility of those who are pro cryptocurrency to engage with each other and representatives of their government to develop rules/laws to follow regarding crypto. As long as most crypto users prefer to maintain an independent/libertarian position we won't get very far.
