I have a return flight from Ahmedabad (AMD) to Kuala Lumpur (KUL) and back. During my vacation, I'm flying from KUL to Phuket and will return to KUL on the last day to catch my return flight to AMD. Will there be any issues with my visa since I will have to reapply? Also, do I need to fill the MDAC form again?

Regarding the visa for Indians, its not required to get a tourist visa for Indians as its free and we'll be provided with visa on arrival, right?. The only necessary document that are to be produced are the MDAC along with proof of stay and return tickets.
Anyhow there isn't any necessity for visa application before arrival right?
there is not necessary to apply your tourist visa for malaysia from india because malaysia offers visa on arrival for indian passport holder ,just go to malaysia and get your visa on arrival at the time of immigration
If we have the invitation letter from known person instead of hotel booking will there be any problem.
No problems just carry your invitation latter and fill the same address in mdac form
Is 1 MDAC form sufficient if I travel by plane to other cities in Malaysia. I am traveling to Kuala Lumpur first and then after 4 days going to Penang from there and then to Langkawi. Finally back to KL. Or do I need to do anything else?
Yes only 1 mdac form is sufficient, because mdac from is required only for immigration, when you get entry stamp on your passport then you are free to go anywhere in Malaysia

Langkawi is part of MALAYSIA , you can go langkawi after getting Malaysia visa

Hi sir I'm going to travel in the month of June 16 to Malaysia so how much ringgit I have to carry n show funds how much and what about insurance is it compulsory to take r is it without taking i can go and from there I'm planning to go Bangkok so if I'll take India to Malaysia then Malaysia to Bangkok so if I don't have return ticket from Malaysia is it ok coz I'll take ticket from Bangkok to India
Insurance is not compulsory for malaysia but you should take travel insurance its is not very expensive it would be just 300-400 rupees, you will go to bangkok then you have to show you Malaysia to Bangkok flight ticket ,and you should carry minimum 10000 inr equal ringgit, safe journey 😉

I you get immigration in kuala lumpur during your layover then you have to fill mdac form but if you don't get immigration while your layover then you don't need to fill mdac form

If terminal is same then you don't need to immigration, usually if immigration requires then airline mentions on the ticket ,see your airline guide line

My flight is connecting flight. India to Malaysia via Thailand. So, last port of embarkation me India fill karna hai ua Thailand?
If your last light fly from India then you must fill embark India and if your last flight from Thailand then you must fill thailand,
Correction : if your PNR is same and you are not going out of immigration area then last Embarkation point will be India. And if you are going out of immigration area to board your flight then it will be Thailand.

If you have 14 hours layover and if you want to wait at airport you don't need to fill MDAC Form you can stay at airport without Malaysian visa but if you want to roam around Malaysia then you need to complete all formalities regarding immigration,i suggest you if you roam around Malaysia then you must book a hotel which provides you non chargeable cancellation and after your immigration you can cancel your booking

Your mdac form receive on your mail ,Generally we get messages even during international trips, still you should check with your SIM company about this.

If you and your family get immigration together then you don't need to Malaysian currency but if you clear your immigration alone then you need to local currency because you indian currency is not valid tender there ,how would you pay your taxi ,your food ,so please bring your Malaysian currency from India

An extension to this question is while returning back to KL again, do we need to fill Mdac form 2nd rime if there is change of terminal. In my case we would be staying in Malaysia for 6 days, leave for Singapore from Langkawi and will be back to KL for return flight to India. Two different PNR and terminal change as well from KL1 to KL2. Do they allow twice entry within 10days?

I suggest you first you airlines guideline , airlines always mantion all information with connecting flight if transit vise required .

The Malaysia Visa on Arrival allows staying in the country for a maximum of 7 days only. This visa type also does not allow any extension. You will have to show proof like a confirmed flight ticket to receive the visa.
