The reason seek doesn’t go into the nest isn’t because he doesn’t want to it’s cause of guiding light who closed the doors. The devs confirmed what ever seek touches infects that thing. That’s why he easily beat the queen

Something no one realizes is the fact that seek is now above ground and out of the hotel, which means that guiding light can't help contain seek anymore. So seek is now a world wide threat.
Thats where you're wrong, seek may be out of the mines but he is NOT a world wide threat. Guiding light shows us the gate before the cutscene and in between the cutscene, therefore having seek under guiding light's control. I know it sounds like it's coming from someone who's had 5 beers, but you can trust me, I'm a teenager, i wouldnt under age drink, nor drink at all.

It was never confirmed that we escaped the maze/limbo that is doors. It can also be assumed that seek is still (somewhat) under control.
At the end of both of his chases, guiding light is the one that closes the doors behind us.

Theory: seek is trying to help us (well sorta).
Screech:
the screeches are trying to tell us something by about to whisper to use but if we look at him they will be scared but if we don’t look at him hes angry for us not listening to him.
Seek:
Seek is trying to help us but we have ignored all the entities so then he gets angry but the at the end of the mines he stops the queen from catching us but we are to scared to stay, and we close the door.
Giggles:
Giggles are ‘un seeked’ (as I call it) and it brings me back to the screeches. Seek ‘seeks them’ so giggle doesn’t surprise you but some got away and try surprise you.
(This is a theory and my opinion don’t take this as real lore)

How come he tries attacking us at the end with the final boss? It's pretty clear that seek wants to kill us.
Confirmed by the dev RED : Seek didn’t mean to help us, instead he wanted to kill us, and he is pure evil. He likes to play with his food (humans/Robloxian) so seek will torture us. Seek is actually the most powerful too, he is too fast so guiding light need to help us by increasing our speed and close the door.
Yeah, the queen grumble got cooked by seek (killed by seek) because red said that whatever seek touches turns into slime.

I have a theory on how Seek corrupts other monsters
So basically from what I saw, Seek opened the Queen's eyes and then engulfs her with his goo
What I'm thinking is that Seek opens his victim's eyes to distract them while making them see their own death
It could also be a way so that his goo can enter the brain from their eyes to control their minds
I think this is a pretty good theory so lemme know

Another thing that helps this theory is that giggles are blinding by light and screech appears less when there is light
Also maybe the backdoor entities could appear in floor 3 or maybe they are more powerful than we think, because haste can spawn and move fast and cannot be stopped apart from giving more time.

the backdoor was more like a game than storytelling, it wouldnt make sense to add a lever-like mechanic in floor 2
I say that we let the devs cook new characters with new quirks. The backdoor entities could be added as modifiers
I feel like in floor 3 there could be a new species of giggle/grumbles that have more tentacles and deal more damage because they dont have a queen they have to get stronger, and they might have more teeth and a ability that can make them bite their tentacles off and regrow into grumbles and release hoars of giggles that crawl on the ground.

3:03, seek isnt the one who decides to stop running when he enters grumble territory, guiding light is the one that stops him, as you can CLEARLY see guiding light blocking the door. Also, queen grumbles have 8 tentacles and patrol grumbles have 6. Thats another difference.

Seek wants also us as his minion. In floor 1, if you died to seek, you could see your body covered by seek goo , seek wants everyone , and the grumbles are a large resistance to him

Theoretically seek has a LOT of goo as we can see him endlessly creating new stuff in Door 200. So he could just form himself into some world-ending threat and take over the Grumbles? Why does he choose to stay in his humanoid form?
Well it has some restrictions if it could he must have done it in the past
idk, probably for more mobility (a human is faster then a giant puddle of goo)
Seek itself isnt the humanoid we see in the chase, the humanoid is more like a "minion" sent by Seek itself to try and catch the player.
Seek only attacks when it can, as shown in room 140 and room 195 where there's the ONLY available pipes with a vent below that could let the goo flow out but even then, you can't expect a mass of dense goo to flow out like water considering it stays on screeches and doesnt just flow down.. the humanoid form is pretty much all Seek can create in a short amount of time to try and catch the player. the dam is MUCH bigger than a small pipe with a vent below, it had multiple giant pipes connected to a dam, that's enough for Seek's goo to flow in and flood the place.

I had a similar theory, only the screech piles pretend to play dead because how can goop die? And that screech is the only one who hasn’t given up, and all the others just wait to mature for an ambush. This is what happens at the end of floor 2, and why the queen grumble leaves the floor. She escapes the nest, where seek is attacking. There were more grumbles in the past, but a battle causing the queen to get her scar, lowering the grumble count.

For the third floor The main antagonist is prob gonna be seek and we might have a corrupted queen grumble boss fight I think doors is gonna end with us defeating seek with the help of grumbles and guiding lights physical form
His theory for why screech has more tentacles than giggle is good, but heres mine: Giggles' tentacles grow faster than actual size. Seek corrups Giggles when they have grown some tentacles and have gotten a tiny bit bigger. And about screech having less eyes than Giggle, the goop covers it obviously

Giving by the fact that she has a HUGE scar on her forehead she’s willing to protect her colony from anything I also have a theory on how Screech became the entity he is now: Grumbles are matured Giggles and Seek drops from a pipe at door 140 so I think that back then when the Grumbles were still Giggles they found the pipe with Seek’s goo at door 140 and somehow got in and ate some of the goo and when they became Grumbles they felt like they were giving birth but they realized that these babies weren’t Giggles they were Screech’s and only one baby was born and that’s the Screech we met in the hotels but they didn’t care that they weren’t Giggles and still protected them it’s unknown why the other babies haven’t been born yet

If the player defeated seek, Seek will just throw and kill queen grumble away But if this happen, Queen grumble maybe have a chance to survive and have revenge on player with her army at doors 300

I have a bigger mystery why didn’t figure and seek clash like figure and seek have been prob at the hotel for years and never clashed this have resulted in a truce because the two of them where evenly matched in power that’s why both of them don’t go into neither of their turfs but that’s just my theory.
Actually seek is stronger than figure since seek is able to destroy a fucking ecosystem and figure,he uh I guess existed and seek just left him alone since why corrupt figure when he's a blind demigorgan when he can do barely anything I guess he could use him but at the same time his goo is still fighting the grumbles so I think he's just saving energy for the grumbles then he'll decide what to do with figure

Seek corrupt giggles and because of this he is more strong. in floor 1 we only running and his arms trying hit us and thats it but in floor 2 he killed some giggles (corrupt) and become more strong and more big (door 200) he corrupt queen he will be more stronger and have more power and abilities
Something i want to point out is El goblino in the (mine shop only) sometimes says something is living in the walls ehehehehe want to go on a pest control ombre? he might have detected the queen grumble chasing us after the nest 5:35
My theory is that, since the dam seek has been flushed down, the remaining goo is too less for seek, so seek infected queen grumble to build his army in order to be stronger.

My theory is as guiding light tells us giggles mature into grumbles and grow more tentacles. So what if seek stops their process of FULLY maturing and corrupts them with his goo stuff? So what this could mean is the seek stuff can be used for good to stop evil. What if seek is trying to secretly help us but we think he is evil? Because in the end,
He stops the queen grumble, which again follows the path of stopping them from maturing. And another thing I was thinking, if screech does a little bit more of a hostile attach (biting) What if seeks goo makes things more hostile but also stops them from growing?
Can’t wait for floor 3 when we’re gonna have to deal with a queen screech. If people think Screeh is annoying, just wait for the queen to start harassing you in like 2 years

I have a theory grumbles is the dad of giggles and screech when they grow more tentacles
My predictions for floor 3 is that we side with the grumbles trying to defeat seek and get the queen back to normal… or the grumbles think we’re siding with seek
new floor 3 entity: scrumble: a combo of screech and grumble.
Plus the queen grumble wants to kill us at the end but, seek comes and SAVES us, he saved us is cuz that the queen is stronger than screeches so seek wants to take over the queen

I think there is a suspicion of seek being similar to crude oil and us being in the mines. Another theory starter. the angle statue in the hotel and the medival castle(people were heavily christian at the time). And a theory, if the grumble work like bees, then like bees, a wueen grumble will emerge from the regular grumbles

The Queen grumbles have 8 tentacles and darker tentacle tips, so that would mean that they are related to some sort of octopus adapted to live on land and reproduce like Bees and dig like Ants, where the males only have 5 tentacles but the females get 8, and Seek is a firey, gooey, formation of goop, that can control creatures, stopping the size growth, and that explains why all Screeches are the size of Giggles. Seek's goop might also change the giggle's gender, as all Screeches have 6 tentacles like a Grumble, but the size of a Giggle. But now that the Queen Grumble was infected by Seek, would that mean that now Seek can make more Screeches that grow up from the Queen Screech? And would that make bigger Screeches? This is just a theory, but I think it makes sense.
When seeks spawn it spreads red light which resembles mischievous light . When figure spawns there is some yellow light from its mouth which resembles curious light and when halt spawns doesn't it produce blue light? Does this mean halt is made by the guiding light?

some the screech run from the mines to the hotel to avoid the grumbles and some screech just that escape the nest are still in the mines so thats why screech are almost everywhere
I have a theory:
So guiding light is protecting grumbles, giggles, the queen etc and seek is power hungry so as we know he could tie the entities with his goo so if guiding light was not here seek could take control of many entities like figure El Goblino, Jeff, Bob, figure, rush, ambush and a hole lot more so seek would gain an army of entities he would gain he’s power over time and figure out how to get to rooms and the back door so he could grow more entities and find a way to get out of the hotel.
2nd theory:
If the player was not here a lot would change for example queen grumble would not be infected with seek goo or the entities never found out that more then a few humans (we don’t know how many people have been stuck in the hotel so I am just guessing) exist in the hole world and on to the real theory if the player was not there the entities would be able to grow stronger and stronger (also side note Jeff wouldn’t be able to go to collage) so the queen could get more of an grumble army to protect giggles and the queen so seek would have a harder time to infect or totally wipe out the (idk how to call it but I’ll just say giggle empire) hole giggle empire (also I can’t think of more ways to explain so this is still not done)
I have a theory what if those screches you say aren't dead but there to corrupt like a trap for the giggles do the grumbles say in one area so they don't get corrupted by the traps

I think the reason that guiding light closes the door from seek to grumble is because he doesn't want all the grumbles to go extinct because then the grumbles will disappear forever and guiding light is there to keep the player alive and keep balance in the hotel and mines.

What I guess will happen is that a giggle will grow up and turn into a queen but until then the grumbles won't have a queen.

The main reason seek is at war is because seek doesn't want other entities to kill us he wants to do it himself and seek is actually a human with one eye he revealed his true form in door 200 as a bloop of goo in the last door and he can transform into anything as we see in the seek chases in the hotel he can transform into human hands and even more.
Maybe the screeches in the hotel stick to dark places because the mines are dark and they are giggles in their natural habitat
I just realized why giggles have mire eyes than schreech this is how i thought the seek goo has infected the eyes leaving with two glowing eyes

I have a theory that screech and the giggle are the same thing but the giggle is the younger one which is why it has four tentacles and not just infected by seek and screech is older, then the giggle, but just infected by seek
The guiding light knew how much power seek had, and stopped seeking from entering the hive/nest
this is a theory but, seek is actually a liquid and not the SEEK it's self because at door 200 the LIQUID damages us and sother forms that the seek sent towards us in the boss fight,so thats why in floor 1 he formed into seek, and in floor 2 the pile of liquid fell in the water to form into a human type shaped with 1 eye... meaning seek can also form into anything if he formed into the human type version. ( Quick notice : this is yet a theory but idk if its confirmed but just telling )
Hey so yeah i’ve got a REALLY big theorie. So, you know how giggles and screechs are always smiling right, and they look very alike, if you look at screech. You can see he has a little white part, and so does giggle but you know seek right? So screech is like an infection of giggle but in the side of seek ( I guess) SO if in the ending we see how seek covers grumble in black ink (or idk what it is) would that mean that in the castle there will be a giant screech boss?

I think giggles are the survivors because they look the same as screech and seek corrupt the giggles and make them screech and screech’s chin looks just like giggles
It also explains why seek killed queen grumble
What if for floor 3, our final act in door 300 is rescuing the Queen from Seek's grasp somehow, and earn her respect, in return, she helps us get to where we need to go, perhaps somewhere in the Earth where we can't reach.
Since this video does imply that the Queen isn't (mostly) a malicious being, only looking to protect the nest. So it possibly wouldn't be that far off.
I do like this idea though.

This is also my theory! I was saying to myself if they were baby grumbles infected by seek. Another theory is seek was making you lead him to the queen because he hated all of them and wanted someone on his side for extra backup to get extra seeks! What do you guys say? If this is true, then this leads me to believe (like we had the sewers after 150) we'll get some dungeon areas after or in 250 if the grumbles won't be able to get a queen without her. It won't be that unreasonable to think about.
Also correction: (like any other comment) guiding light stopped him. It's confirmed by the developers, everything which looks or is organic, will be consumed by seeks goo. Seek would have definitely loved to get into the nest in my opinion, which makes that this is a stalemate turf war rather unreasonable, BUT Seek is mainly chasing the player which might mean Seek NEVER CARED until we have come. We might be the only ones EVER getting to the castle. It's pure speculation, atleast for me, but if we go off of this and knowing that we the player probably angered Seek, Seek might appear much more often. Maybe before he appears, and just shows up with his eyes on the walls, he might block off a few areas in that room to make it harder for us. I might be wrong, mainly beacuse I'm thinking then.
If I would construct the floor that here is what I would think:
Room 201-240 nothing special
Room 240 garantueed Seek chase
Room 250 Quuen Shriek boss fight in total darkness, you will get a flashlight but lose it. If you already had a flashlight, you won't get another, neither would you lose your old flashlight. Maybe it would look like a dunngeon area (I would rather call it Shriek than screech)
Room 250-260 every room is part of the dungeon
Room 260 Figure
Room 260-290 nothing special
Room 290 Grumbles hunting you down for 4 doors, (extra *long* rooms)
Room 295 switch to last seek chase
Room 300 Grumble x Shriek bossfight
Also, Screech most of the time appears in dark places. Not all the time Screech could still spawn in rooms with light, but rarer
Shriek 250 bossfight Concept:
In my head I thought of, If we look at screech it goes away, so if we look at the Shriek with a flashlight it will go away, but ONLY WITH a flashlight. There will be some lights in rooms to navigate them easier, but every passing that Shriek can pass is totally dark except if you have your own light source.
The AI of Shriek will work like this. Shriek will most of the time sneak up to the player very fast and silent. If you notice your screen starting to shake look behind you. Just looking at it will slow it down, but using the flashlight, you get in the beginning, or if you already have one, you will stun it and the Shriek might retreat and come back after half a minute. Light sources like a breaklight will only slow it down except if you throw one at it. It seems very easy, but here's the catch, with everytime you make Shriek retreat Shriek gets faster permanently. It can stack up to 5 more times, plus your flashlight battery will deplete faster if you shine it at Shriek.
I will do 290 and 300 some time later this week. It's just speculation so nothing of this is correct and nothing should be taken seriously of the floor 3 concept. I also included stuff partially that I want too.
Instead of shrieks going away with flashlights what about bulk lights
I feel like screeches are just a bit more mature giggles, because there’s too many small giggles so just kill off the more mature ones that aren’t the grumbles. Or, the giggles still mature and are alive even while being controlled, it’s just that they die when they exhaust their energy by maturing.
If an adult giggle is called a grumble then a adult screech should be called a "scream"

(theory) one if the grumbles got captured by seek and turns one to screech that's why they look similar but different
The grumble with the scar is actually a alpha grumble

It has been confirmed by the games files it’s the “Queen Grumble” :))
I think screech has to be giggle because there’s some oose but we also see at his mouth that there’s still some white left so that means he got corrupted by seek

I think in floor 4 we will see the new queen screech and king grumble and the grumble and giggle army fighting against seek and we're helping the giggles (in my opinion)
