@Steve Ross let's see... After reading his comment again and thinking about it you figured out what he meant so why should he use better punctuation when it was your brain that made the mistake? I was merely pointing out the obvious to you.
It's a real "crime" that in a museum dedicated to crime and law enforcement there is only one photo of the great Jack Webb in the whole place near the exit and no description of who he was and his massive contributions over decades to more accurate depiction of law enforcement in radio, TV, and film. Dragnet, Adam-12, Emergency!, and others. He perfected cop/ detective "snappy banter" in the old Pat Novak For Hire radio shows. Give the man the honor he deserves Alcatraz East. Thanks for the tour!
That gun is an Uzi 9mm SMG. While "Scarface" did use it briefly in the movie, it was not his "little friend". That was the M-16 with an M-203 40mm grenade launcher.
There should be an exhibit to Sandy and Little Red, the two female bloodhounds that ran down James Earl Ray in 3 hours, after his escape from Brushy Mountain.
I am so glad I got lost in the RUclips world. We are now planning a trip here, and a few other places! I'm so excited. Thanks for posting these videos.
Please visit Branson, MO sometime. Many odd museums including a Titanic museum inside a 1/3rd scale replica of the front half of the ship. The town is like Heritage USA meets Vegas.
I went there last year and loved it. I think my favorite exhibit was Ted Bundy's car, totally unexpected right there at the end. I don't remember the Gacy clown costume, must have been added after I visited.
Peter Stanley it has been at this location since it opened. They keep it hidden on purpose. It’s an exhibit you actually have to look for. Because of that a lot of people miss it.
Loving this channel and the videos! Extremely impressed with how comfortable you are on camera. Trying so badly to get to that point myself in my video work. Keep up the awesome content!
Visited yesterday! I really enjoyed it at first, but man... my eyes starting hurting half way through. There's a LOT of reading, and a lot of the areas are dimly lit. Left with a major headache. Worth the visit, but bring a flashlight! Btw, My pastor's uncle was one of John Wayne Gacy's victims.
My great uncle was a prisoner at brushy mountain, he escaped by taking a man with him that favored him, he knocked that guy out and took off and was never caught. He later left Tennessee and has never returned.
I happen to have a friend who is 70 and knows bundy .he was at her home one day. She almost went out with him!!! Yikes! She said when she reflects back on it , it gives her the shutters!
Korn's vocalist Jonathan Davis used to own Ted Bundy's VW beetle. He sold it to that museum because he said after owning it for years it had a bad energy and he just didn't want it anymore.
Wasn't that alcove of Gacy's clown costumes so creepy? We visited the exhabit last November and that was eerie. I did enjoy the contents of Bonnie and Clyde's death car glovebox...and the painting by Henry Hill.
Did they ever find out why she killed herself? I remember watching the first movie (Walking Tall), which was released in the 70's. Except, I had to wait until I was about 15 (in the early 80's) to finally watch it (due to the violence, etc). It was a great movie. My takeaway after watching it: money always leads to corruption. And corruption always leads to violence & destruction. It was true then, it's true now & will alwayw be true, sadly. Anyway, thanks for sharing.
It's cool, they start with the pirate age first, above all else, then go to the future. Looks like, they did a timeline, from old crimes to present day! What was your favorite exhibit Carpetbagger Jacob sir? Mine was the various types of guns, and the prison cell.
that first pirate looked like Captain Hook. The VW was creepy, esp. if you ever read up on Ted Bundy's crimes. The car was missing the back seat since he needed his supplies with him and props. Thanks lots for this vlog.
I am not sure if there is an exhibit or anything, but a suggestion of somewhere to look into is Walkertown, NC. I believe that is it. The Murder of the Lawson Family happened there on Christmas Day 1929. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murder_of_the_Lawson_family
the uzi was not scarfaces little friend, the m16 with the m203 grenade launcher was his little friend. Manny used the Uzi to choot the columbians in the motel room
RUclips should have a button for RUclipsrs so they can delete comments that say first
@Steve Ross read your last sentence then contemplate that for a moment then try reading the original post again.

Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition.
Wouldn’t this comment be deleted?

This place looks a lot cooler than I thought it would be, very high production value, I'll have to visit next time I'm visiting Dollywood.
Looks like a great trip.

Does anyone notice anything unusual about Chuck's comment?
lindsayblaz1 not really, people are aloud to have gun intrests and not be a killer. plus its public knowlege
@@lindsayblaz1 Such as?
Chuck Price because he knows about guns, which automatically makes hom suspicious, because that makes since

Went to the island many times and I have literally no idea how I missed that huge building every time😂
I worked for Buford Pussers daughter Dawana Pusser Garrison in her restaurant. She committed suicide a few months back.
