- Gallade ex can do a surprising amount of damage for just 2 energy! Lucario is also really good here. The best gallade deck i've tried so far!

Been running 2 gallade 2 Lucario and one marshadow, you’d be surprised how quick gallade gets online even as a stage 2
How do you reliably get Gallade or Lucario? In my experience, the evolution I needed is almost always at the bottom of the deck, even after reshuffling with Pokéballs.
Galade is nice, but you really need to be facing decks that stack energy, to get the most from the card.
You tried Regigigas yet? I had one copy in a Dialga ex deck with Shaymin, and even had a Butterfree line in the first build. It's really nasty. Regi can put out so much damage, with just a few hits on it. You use your healing mons, cape, potions etc to make sure the dude sticks around.
I have been thinking about a self hurt deck, that uses something that hurts my own backline, to get regi ready to do a massive swing. I might try this tonight.
PS: still need my 2nd Galade ex, so not played it much yet. Lucario is nasty though, I usually play Him with Manky, and a copy of Marshadow.

Just pulled a full art gallade last night I was looking for a good deck to use.... Perfect timing dekks!!
Playing around Galade is really interesting if you run Charizard. If you see Galade coming and continue mindlessly ramping up energy on Charizard with Moltres, you might just get one shot, since it's basically fighting Alakazam...
I've been running 1 gallade line with two regirock and two lucario. Rocky Helmet for the Regirock helps with walling, and since gallade only needs 2 energy, the third goes onto regirock so you can Leaf it. I also put in Giovanni because sometimes you don't get both lucario up.
Wouldn’t Drud just be better?
@@benjaminzapata1921 there may be times where multiple hits need to be taken, and regirock has more health plus -20 damage reduction. At times, it's a better wall than drud is.
@@PotatoBagel23 You’re right, if you prefer the wall over the chip! Depends on what your preference is I suppose.
@@benjaminzapata1921 That's why I put the rocky helmet on it, you still get the chip. Alternatively, a giant cape on it forces Mewtwo and Palkia to have to use Giovanni to one shot Regirock. I do prefer the stall more, as its plenty of time to get both Lucario up, and helps keep the Gallade healthy.

Is gallade lucario better than rampardos lucario?
Been playing both, haveore success with Rampardos. Both have consistency issues, but Rampardos doespre consistent damage imo.

I had the Rainbow Galade ex in my WP, but had no way of drawing for it. It's such a nice art, too. I find the art on the Rainbow cards is usually my favourite, but also my least drawn. I haven't drew any for this set yet.
I drew the Machamp ex one (which might be my favourite art from Genetic Apex) and the Gengar ex. I got the Mew ex one from Mystical (I actually have 2 copies of that now) but they're the only ones I have.
I still need the 3 x rainbow Birds too, in order to get that badge. It's the only secret I'm missing from Apex now.
