This reminds me of studying music theory. When you understand the result of any choice you make in construction, you get the outcome you want. Without this understanding, you will be making mistakes and not having any idea how you got there and how to fix it.

My apologies for gushing. 😊. This lesson is brilliant. (As an aside, I love the concept that exercises deepen our understanding. (aka Bloom’s Taxonomy of learning.) This entire series is superbly designed and delivered.

Hi Reza, I am loving this series. This may be a strange question, but what is the surface you are working on? It looks like purple suede. Is there something magic about it that makes it easy to baste and not catch the needle on it?

      Hello!
It's wood, 3mm felt and then purple cotton moleskin. It leaves no prints when pressing, absorbs light and the needle doesn't catch it.

Why the photon did YT think I'd be interested in this? I'm sure it's a fine video, but I wasn't, I'm not now, and I never will be. Is this really AI at its finest?
