Today I realized how I've closed myself, because of fear that the people will not accept me. I'm 26 and all my life I've been saying what people would like to hear, instead of my own truth. I've been agreeing with everyone because I'm afraid that they will reject me if I express myself. I've been trying to be someone that the people would like, because I'm terrified of disappointing others. It all started when my dad rejected me as a child, because he was not ready to be a father. Today I forgave him, but more importantly - I forgave myself, for hiding my true self for so long, that my body could not bear it any longer. And 5 minutes later I somehow knew, that when I open youtube, I will see a video from AttractPassion, that will bring me more clarity. Thank you!
You will discover that you can only hold on to false negativity if you allow yourself to accept this as truth. When you let this GO, you can create new truths. The new truths can be anything that you want to hold on to. High or low. Positive or negative. Good or bad. All being what you practice. Love to you ❤
In the midst of chaos and illusions, when I come here and listen to your videos and read comments it makes me cry from relief.. Let's me breathe better. This is a hard hitting truth of living the life as it meant to be lived. Find your own way, for that you need clarity (confidence without clarity is just an illusion) the real confidence will come from the root of your being when you becoming more & more aware about yourself. Observation is the key (not focus rather observe to become clarity over you). Meditation is the key. Keep meditation as your daily priority regardless of whatever happening around you. This will help to create a certain level of awareness over yourself (eventually if you persistent enough it'll lead you to self realization). I'm not saying this just for the sake of saying because this is what I've been called by life since last year after some stressful situations & after about an year I'm here now at this moment with bliss regardless of whtever happening around because I've found that the source of creation is within me, now this calling become intense as I'm keep meditating & observing my body, mind & emotions everyday continuously. One wise man once said: "Spirituality is not about becoming a super human it's all about realizing that being a human is super" One love 💗🙏🏼
