@@ibnabdullah1398 it's a kind of waswas that is very heavy. Qahri means it's like overwhelming or compelling

But at times, the waswaas turns to sickness (ocd), what can the person do, especially when the person can no lo ger control the thoughts
Make a lot of dua. It's an illness so you treat it as an illness. Do Ruqyah upon yourself. Recite daily the adhkaar of the morning and evening and before going to sleep etc. Have a daily portion of Quran to recite daily. Recite surat al baqarah as much as possible (for example daily). And Allah will cure you in shaa Allaah
