Easy. Ireland was in many televotes between 12th-16th.. it doesn't matter 11th or 26th.. you won't score anyting. This year Israel got only 5 points in the televote and it was 15th in the average ranking. And Azerbaijan got 42 and it was 19th on average. Only Top 10 scores

Not a good year at all. Only songs I liked were Iceland, the Netherlands, Malta and Greece. Too many standard songs that were kind of okay but not that special. Even the winner was meh imo.
