That worked really well, I used almond butter instead of coconut oil melted with the butter. Definitely need the milk, and a lot of shaking the ingredients to mix, but turned out nice and moist and really delicious!

I'm so glad I came across your channel. when I seen the video of you chopping up kale in the nutribullet, it gave me EVERY REASON TO KEEP IT and do not look for another replace EVER AGAIN.. Hello from Denmark - Love your Channel .. Your fault i bought the Nutribullet! I just made this lovely Banana Bread in my Nutribullet (600) Waiting to taste it.. Also earlier tried blending some fresh Pineapple OMG it was delicious !!
two options here. First you could use a vegan egg replacer, or you could just not use the egg and up the liquid. You could add an extra half cup of almond milk.

I've even made slushies in nutribullet, best to start with crushed ice though, just makes it a bit easier to fit the other stuff in.

For quick breads, better to just stir by hand. Using a blender will make for some tough bread.
