Remember - the best way to honor your parents legacy is to TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF!! You KNOW that would make them happy and proud! Find a "buddy" who will support you in improving your health... someone who will kick your ass if you get off track. Think of your mom and what she'd want for you whenever you get lazy or off track. 😉

I always wonder why the activity on yur channel was a bit low and i barely saw this video. Im 23 and i went thru almost the exact same thing my mom had been sick and we always thought it wasnt as serious. She had non specific inflammatory pneumonia and she had to be on oxygen and one day she stopped msging me and i was worried. I was thousands of miles away and called her. She had passed away and for 2 weeks i was unaware nobody wanted to tell me and i never got to see her again. A year later my father intentionally crashed and died. Things happen one day to another and i completely feel yur pain. Be strong she'll always watch over yu and one thing that always helps me deal with it is knowing she passed but knew how much i loved her and how much she loved me. Yur mom loved yu until her final day and now she watches over yu. God bless we're here for yu brother.
