jacob's accent really was giving the generated subtitles a workout. it was coming out with word choices that didn't make any sense...i felt sorry for the poor algorithm 🙂 it looked good...i felt full after watching that
FYI a Kookaburra is a gorgeous Aussie Bird. They make this awesome noise that sounds like laughing. They are a really beloved animal in Australia and no we don't eat them. However we do eat kangaroos (I'm not a fan) it tastes so gamey.

@@atraxrobustus4452 there's also one in Melbourne called Connie's Italian Diner, and from my experience there, it felt a lot like what I've seen of classic American-Italian diners, like the menu wasn't a typical Italian menu you'd come across in Australia (with the exception of some items like parmigiana, I'm not sure if that's a thing in America but it's wildly popular here hahah). It had stuff like the paper and crayons on the table. It felt very American to me, but idk if that's because I mainly associate 50s diners with America/50s American culture, for all I know it could've been inspired by Italian-Australian diners from the 50s. Regardless tho it was super cute, I loved the vibe:)

For me when I had too much fried or greasy food I need something sour. Preferably pickled. It refreshes my pallet and also I like to imagine how acidity breaks down fat molecules. I know it’s probably not what actually happens in my stomach. But maybe it’s a “placebo” effect just with food. I believe it works so I feel better. 😅

Next time you go to outback order the house salad with tangy tomato sauce, it is so delicious ! Then get a filet mignon (it’s the most tender part of the cow) with a side I get the mash potato’s like the dish lucas had , also get a side of Heinz 57 to dip it in or the steak sauce A1 it’s also yummy to dip the mashed potato’s in, or get a pice of steam and dip it in the mags potato’s and then into the sauce Also there’s a drink called wallaby darned I think, it’s a peach slush alcoholic beverage and it’s so delicious, it just taste like a peach slush to me
