      @PartridgeExteriorCleaning  3 года назад +4

      Thanks man! I was desperate to get one off them for a while but literally could not get in touch to save my life, then was promised a phonecall that never came and im not the type to chase people up so I looked elsewhere, if all else fails i'd use them as customer service in the past was top notch and loads of people I know rave about them. I just felt like I was getting palmed off as they must of had bigger sales coming in!

      @strongteee 3 года назад +2

      Rutlands are a joke. I'm sure they've been good in the past but by heck they have been a nightmare to deal with. I really wish I hadn't placed an order through them, still waiting for my order over 2 weeks down the line and not one phone call from them.
      Called them numerous times, have been fudged off with excuses and no call backs EVER!! Honestly they're making me feel like their doing me a favour at this point.

    • @PartridgeExteriorCleaning
      @PartridgeExteriorCleaning  3 года назад +2

      @@strongteee Yeah sounds like similar stories i've heard there, I knowthey are in the middle of a new website and dealing with covid rules and regs but would of been better to limit orders or maybe close shop for a while instead of being over ran.
      I know of people that spent 10k there and got an answer to their phonecall 24/7 and was top of the list so just felt like maybe my "small" 1500-2k budget wasn't important enough to warrant a response.

    • @strongteee
      @strongteee 3 года назад +2

      @@PartridgeExteriorCleaning yeah, bang on. The customer service has been shocking, I can handle delays, but just be open and honest from the start so I know where I am, don't make excuses or refuse to call back when I'm chasing an order. I spent nearly £3k which is a big deal to me, but it's like they can't be bothered. When I spoke to Ben he was talking about moving to a bigger unit and they are under staffed, but the least I expect is communication. There machines might be great but I'll be thinking twice about using them going forward.

    Something to look at when getting a washer lpm higher the better and defo look into serface cleaner don't want to tell you how to suck eggs but they will make your day easier. Higher the lpm normally the psi drops off on cheaper units I use Falch 300bar 155° possibly over kill for drives but ideal for you if ya go into commercial cleaning skip the doff and thermatec I've had em pure crap they are 90bar 150°
    If its only cold water you want go for petrol honda gx390 and a interpump you should still be able to lift that on your own and about best bang for ya £ they sit around 15/20lpm at 250bar best buy imo.

    Bet the customer had forgotten how bright the drive was! If Spinaclean don't have anything in stock try Rutland pumps I think they are relatively close to you. That PW has certainly earned it's keep. Let it have a rest now - out to pasture :-) They hypo seemed to get rid of the black spots nicely.

    • @PartridgeExteriorCleaning

      She was over the moon mate. Yeah they were my original go to but took so long to get back to me I was a bit disgruntled and started to look elsewhere. Will keep them on the hook though :D Yeah bless her, time to run free.

      @@PartridgeExteriorCleaning I think they are more responsive to phone calls than emails - Rutland that is. Spinaclean don't seem to have any in stock - might be worth a call if it's out of your way. Good luck, looking forward to vid of new beast :-)

    Sodium Hypochlorite works wonder prior, especially on stone. I did 1000+ sqm of it in a complex a few moths back, made a difficult job so much easier and made the colour in the Stone flags pop!

    Dual pumps build all the pressure washers for spinaclean if you can deal direct with dual pumps you might be able to get a better deal.

    Start from the side opposite to where the water runs off, less likely to have to have crud where you already cleaned.
