If you watched Succession, Brian Cox narrating the turbulent and dysfunctional story of Heihachi and his descendants just makes perfect sense
exactly
@jabron.destoroyah I'm putting y'all on Deadwood. He appears in Season 3. Mind you the show is very prose-like with its dialogue.

Brian Cox is like an old historian telling us a story of a time that he lived through. It’s bloody cool.
I know he isn't russian, but do you think he could pull off a great Dr. Bosconovitch?
Brian Cox is also a brilliant physicist.
He did. It's called Succession, on HBO.
right 😂
Yeah but I would love to watch him try to explain the Metal Gear storyline.
Casting Brian Cox here is somehow baffling and genius at the same time. Succession and Tekken both stories about father - son dynamics and power struggles. Bravo I guess
Kendall thinks he's Jin to Logan's Kazuya, but he may actually be more like Kazuya to Logan's Heihachi
Can’t wait for Kendall Roy to fight Logan Roy on top of a volcano
this was absolutely hilarious
Can’t wait to see which one will be a guest character… it has got to be Greg
You guess? Shut up
I love how Brian Cox is a legendary actor and he's clearly decided he wants to take the most ridiculous roles possible.
He probably played Tekken back on the PS1.
Its a joke on the Bond retrospective documentary, where he thought he would act in one
He's no stranger to videogame acting and voice overs
@liamwynne566 He should be the next narratior/announcer for Soul Calibur VII.
A professional actor can handle any role...and get paid for it.
Hearing Brian Cox say 'Tekken' was a trip. Hearing him say 'Jin Kazama' was surreal.
watching him lube up your mother was heavenly
But hearing him call Jinn Jim was priceless.

Didn't know Logan Roy was a fan of Tekken but I'm here for it! 😂

Can we take a moment to appreciate how he was walking around in the stages from the games, and the lighting on him matched the stage he was standing in? This was brilliantly done. Marketing and everyone who worked on Tekken 8 deserves a raise!
I definitely noticed that and also that the real battle going on here was with that suit jacket button.

Brian Cox narrating a story about dysfunctional family dynamics after the dysfunctional family dynamics of Succession is so so good. Hilarious, poetic, amazing.
It struck me when he was describing how Heihachi was fearing on Kazuya’s power!

At 02.13 when Brian Cox narrates "in the momment of poetic justice, he threw his father of a cliff" and then there's a shot of low poly Kazuya smirking. It's gold.

Brian Cox, what a legend.
What started as a fued between father and son, has now escalated to a full blown war that will effect all of humanity. Thank you, Mr. Cox, for summing up this crazy ass story.
This actually feels more like a father/son cycle of revenge within the Mishima household (starting with Jinpachi being deposed by Heihachi), with both the Hachijou and the Kazama matrilineal bloodlines creating complications for this cycle of revenge.
