Tips: 1. Stretching a bit can help too when your gonna start doing quads! 2. Using stairs (If you have any) can help you walk and sprint. 3. If winter is where your at where gloves outside, and inside too (If you have rugs) gloves inside can help not to get rug burns! this is just a side note to the people in this comment string. usually, if you have long-term lightheadedness it's not anemia as anemia is resolved pretty easily nutritionally. It's possible it's something like POTS! it was for me.

The only cons are my hands now hurt because my apartment only has hardwood floors and because I live in apartment I can’t do this outside there are 4 places with grass, 3 of wich are courtyards in the middle of the apartments and the other is a golf course. There are very judgemental people / karens and there is construction everywhere (they torn down our porches and now they are fixing them) We are trying to find a house with a private backyard within our price range, wish us luck lol ❤

I'm a wolf therian, im recently awakened and my body is in okay shape but i've been busy lately and just got ill so i haven't been able to practice my quads (but my walking is good) cuz whenever i move too much when im sick i lose my breath and need water right away but this vid also helped me

just a little tip, planks;squats;calf extensions; half moons(with weights); and stretching can all help to improve the quality and speed of your quads! they’ll make it look and feel better/more natural! 💛💛

Hiya- I’ve had this tutorial saved for a while, but I finally got my wrist strength up a little so that I can start doing quads again. I did them when I was little, simply because I enjoyed running on all fours, but I had multiple wrist injuries on both wrists (more severely my right) to bone and muscle so I essentially had to stop using my wrist for almost a year and for a while couldn’t do much. I’m coming back now, and this time ima learn proper form since I know about quadrobists and stuff now rather than just running around like the crazy child I was. By the way it’s been about 6 years since I stopped because of my first wrist injury so I am so so thankful for this.

Im not a therian but I support them, but I do love doing quads and sometimes acting like a cat or a wolf, I also have a mask so if I’m out in the open and someone ask me “Are you a therian?” I’d say no but I do love acting like two animals and wearing gear. Everything's going well, exept my trott is really bad. In fact, I Can't really trott at all. I can do the movement, but everytime I try to move forward or do It really fast it just gets super uncoordinated, and I fall or have to stop bc my feet just slide backwards. Any tips?

I just got into quadrobics thanks to my sisters influence, it is very fun to run on all fours and exercise. I’m having a hard time landing after a jump. I know to bend my arms for the landing, I just need a few tips. It feels stiff when my arms bend, because if I bend them I end up slamming my face into the ground. I’ll take any pointers and help if anybody has them! 😅❤

I have a question: What do I do if I have long legs and short arms? It hurts to do this, but as a therian, I want to be able to connect to my true identity.
I can’t make the jump so please when you are making it as you think it is good please make tutorial for jump!!! I am scared to fall and hurt myself and it is very hard for me.
How does one find out if they are therian? -im at my best outside in the brush -i have a knack for navigating well through forests compared to cities - i often get that ‘return to tribal life’ instinct -i definitely pretended i was a wild animal as a kid. but i also know a lot of people that’d tell me all of that is pretty normal. Hi! I'm new to quads, i don't have any soft space to practice neither do i have a mat, is there any recommended way for my hand posture besides the rolled fingers? the rolled fingers hurt :[
When I did quads a few years ago, I'd always keep my body lowered because it was the most comfortable position I found when cantering on quads. My only problem is that I often hit my elbows on my knees when slowing down 😕 I've just started doing quads again and I still have the same problem Is it because I lower myself closer to the ground? Or is there a way I can avoid this while still doing it the way I prefer?

I’ve always loved quads! It’s rlly interesting and I’m pretty good at it (in my opinion). The thing is, I suck at jumping 😅 and I hope you can make a jump tut soon :) no rush!

Everything's going well, exept my trott is really bad. In fact, I Can't really trott at all. I can do the movement, but everytime I try to move forward or do It really fast it just gets super uncoordinated, and I fall or have to stop bc my feet just slide backwards.

I just recently got into quadrobics, and this is my first time trying to learn how to actually do them. Im starting off with just the walk, and so far it's really tiring, so I can imagine how hard all the other types of quads are, but hopefully I'll master them soon

I just got into quadrobics thanks to my sisters influence, it is very fun to run on all fours and exercise. I’m having a hard time landing after a jump. I know to bend my arms for the landing, I just need a few tips. It feels stiff when my arms bend, because if I bend them I end up slamming my face into the ground. I’ll take any pointers and help if anybody has them! 😅❤
Same but after I slammed once I am now too scared to land, I just run and then stand up mid jump lmak its so scary because I jumped high as shit when I almost snapped my neck 💀
@@Yeehaw0588 Same for me! I recommend doing reflex workouts and all body exercises. So far, working out has helped me physically and mentally. 💙💙

Me personally i am not a Therian i hav a friend who is, and i think im gonna learn quads bc when i was a kid i always had dreams when i sleep about running on all fours and i was way faster than all of my friends so yea anyways the therian community is great and really cool and thanks for this awesome tutorial!

On my channel, I did a quad tutorial so if you want to check that out, see if you can use some of my tips in that video see if you can find tip and trick. I had a knot forward. I’m not sure if I addressed it in the video and how not to leave forward, butI just know that I showed in the video how to do a bunch of quad jumps and maybe if you call that tutorial it’ll show you how to lean forward if you go check that out that might help
i'm not interested in the therian things but i've been doing quads randomly because it looks kinda funny and it felt good for no reason (probably because I keep imagining myself chasing kids on all fours 💀💀)

looks like those yellow spots are just callouses. they get firmer like that when the same spot is hit over & over again

When I did quads a few years ago, I'd always keep my body lowered because it was the most comfortable position I found when cantering on quads. My only problem is that I often hit my elbows on my knees when slowing down 😕
