Every now and then you can hear a horn sound. For example at 2:10. What is that?
I think 2:10 is for those who is in platform, 3:24 is for those who is waiting at crossing.

The sound is coming from the train itself.
These trains have speaker and pneumatic horns

75 MPH (120 km/h).Our réseau express régional depends but the max speed is 87 MPH (140 km/h) like on Transilien P line.
