Video shows theft at Dutchtown Family Dollar, store to close in June

Retail theft is an issue according to police departments across the region, and video taken last year appears to show multiple incidents of theft and other unruly behavior inside a Family Dollar in the Dutchtown neighborhood in south St. Louis.
