I found the Angels were a great introduction as I like the more Lovecraftian approach some people take when designin them, just cant wait to see more from the series in whole

Nice try hazbin is made by an indie artist you have better luck seeing Disney making something both good and original in the theaters of 2024 rather than seeing hazbin flop
It... Ok a lot I want to break down on the controversies (as someone legitimately both in the online and the industrial side of art and animation) Animation takes a LOT of time and money. Allegedly, the $30 per second (from what was found) would seem like a lot for an animator but drawing frame by frame (going off of Helluva Boss level of animation) isn't a lot compared to the work they're putting in. There are also several inconsistencies in the first episode alone. I could make a whole CinemaSins-like video, but that'd be like beating a dead horse. I do agree a lot of the blame lands on Viv a tad too much, but it's sort of her show to begin with and people tend to be lazy when it comes to researching how show production and studio work operates. She is the creative director FOR HAZBIN HOTEL and her input tends to bleed through the rest of the animation/art teams (from concepts to the dialogue, to voice acting, to final product). She doesn't FULLY create everything tho. As for the redesigns of characters, I'm heavily indifferent, but these aren't better than the original or don't pull the characters and their traits across. (Vaggie has a moth motif and Nifty is supposed to be a bug too but the design makes her look like a mini Charlie with a skirt). They are complex and a lot of artists have done their own redesigns or rewrites of the characters themselves, since the groundwork for a cool concept is there. They're just poorly mishandled. Either way, I could go on n on. I don't normally comment on your vids- Back into the shadows I go~ Cool video guys!!
after watching the first four eps, one of the main things i noticed right off the bat was the inconsistencies. i def agree that they were most likely underpaid (allegedly allegedly) i also agree about the redesigns - while i like some of the changes and it is cool that vivienne was able to keep a lot of her own style with the characters, i think they are still way too complex. we’re def gonna go into this a lot more in next week’s video! also had no idea nifty was supposed to be a bug, ngl shes like probably our least fav character 💀 thank you for commenting!! i’m glad you enjoyed 💘
I've watched the first episode and I'm not going to lie I kinda don't like angeldust anymore. His voice is over the top imo and a bit annoying. Maybe it gets better in the other episodes but I haven't watched them yet. The plot is a fun idea though but for example Adam is frustratingly annoying.

I had this exact same worries when it first had its trailer on prime because on prime it's direct competition is invincible and the boys
ikr 😭 when prime posted on their twitter about hazbin people were BRUTAL because majority of prime users are not the audience for this show
so upon seeing episode 4 myself, the suppose sa scene with angel dust is the beginning of one of his "films" which gives off a cnc vibe
