    Thanks for posting and including the in-cab sound on the highway - they didn't sound like a mud terrain tire at all. That makes me very happy since I just bought a set of these (waiting for my order) and have just now started researching their road noise. 🤷🏻‍♂️👍🏼

      We have over 30,000 miles on the set of the JK. We like them so well that we put the exact same tire on the Gladiator! They do have some noise but seem to be quieter than most MT's

    • @grenobel
      @grenobel 2 года назад +1

      I’ve been very happy with the road noise level. The set I bought went on my XJ and they’re very quiet *for a mud tire. They aren’t as quiet as KO2s, but they’re much quieter than the Pro Comp Xtreme MT2s that are on my JK.
      They are surprisingly well behaved on wet roads too.

We now have JL in our driveway (for the wife) with our other Jeeps (Cherokees) and I been debating getting these tires when we put the lift on ... as opposed to our usual BFG M/T's. Just to give them a go out of curiousity. Kind of afraid to go away from what works, and get stranded by lack of quality, type thing. Think I'll give them a go. I'll keep the BFG's on mine though.

    I have the general grabber x3. About 36k miles on them. They will make 50k miles, but they noticeably less performing now. Would buy again. I have seen the x3 take some horrible hits to the sidewall with sharp, pointy rocks and it also took a stick into the sidewall that did not break the bead! 36k miles never had a tire repair. Good wear. Loud, but not obnoxiously loud.
    The x3 did good in deep snow. Horrible on ice.
    I would be curious what the lifespan is like of the coopers.

    Disappointing review. You tried them on dry blacktop, wet blacktop, gravel, sand, rocks, wet rocks, mud, mud on slopes, 8” of snow, but unbelievably you didn’t trial them on moon surface. I mean seriously, what’s the point of a tyre review if it doesn’t cover all surfaces? 😂👍
