@@yammylicks1108 I continue to work "The Chicken" with all yout advices. In 9.43 min (your video's time) you bring to us enough material to play for years. Just a big thanks.
I wanna learn this. You play the most tasty licks of everyone. Just awesome!! I like your licks more than john scofield with jaco video here on youtube of the chicken!!! Do you use aletered and whole tone at the same time? Can you mix them up I mean? ORe is it one of the 2 when using passing licks?
Thank yοu so much for the kind words ! Ruud Tmk Well when the dom7 chord is about to resolve down a perfect 5th for me all the appropriate scales that creates tension to this dom7 chord can be mixed (even if it is a 100 scales per say) This is how I see it I hope it make sence !!
@@yammylicks1108 Thank you so much for your answer... I kind of understand it. I have to say the altered scale doesnt sound "right" (the Gb note) to me when moving from Bb7 to Eb7.. Is this because this is not a perfect fith and therefore the half-whole sounds better? Do you maybe do skipe lessons? Im stuggeling to find a good theacher in my area.. Would be great to get some personal tips from you
