Love love love. I am a BIG fan of Caesar Salad, and no bottled dressing is ever quite good enough. I’ve got to make my own. That would probably be just the thing. Sounds perfect. I have never made my own dressing. I always squeeze lemon over my salad, and add entirely too much pepper. I refuse to limit my lemon and pepper consumption. This will be my YOLO recipe for eternity, I suspect.
Just made this yesterday for taking over to friends. Oh my goodness...it was awesome!!!! The two husbands kept going back for "just a bit more salad". Winner!!!!!! Thank you so much for the recipe!!!
If anyone is squeamish mashing up the whole anchovies, I use anchovy paste in a tube. (All grocery stores sell it) Very easy and a squirt of that paste in many other dishes (pasta sauce, etc), adds a little umami bomb and no one will guess it is anchovies!

This is exactly the same way that I used to cook this at the table side at the country club where I work lemon is in the classic you’re doing everything correctly and I am so glad You have made this video I have been telling people that Caesar salad dressing in the bottle is not real Caesar salad dressing thank you perfection is the greatest and that’s what you’re doing 👏🏾

I love anchovies. I secretly add them to so many things you would never guess, stews, curries, risotto, etc. It's sort of like adding MSG, it just makes things delicious.
Exactly how I make mine but you forgot the dash of Tabasco sauce and capers . Our wooden bowels are a must and must be well seasoned meaning conditioned with olive oil over time as a cast iron pan is !
You definitely have given me recipes I can do at home. Do you have a video for chicken salad? How about one with pineapples. (No nuts) thanks for your great skills!!
@@RealBigBadJohn no argument, but after it is prepared, at diners discretion, unless it's just for u. Sea salt, unrefined is best. Loaded w minerals that bleached, refined salt doesn't have. The rest of ingredients r ok.

My favorite salad, my favorite lettuce. We use romaine for everything: salads, sandwiches, burgers, tacos, burritos...Everything. ✔😜
It's 25$ in Canada. Our food is triple what it was 3 months ago and still going up. So I'm learning how to cook from scratch and cheap
