      @@katechanchan The Developer is Aoyuan but the builder on the project is SKYGRiD

      ⁠@@ScotchOnyx Good point你講得啱😎👍🏻 雖然我哋兩邊都有聯絡,但technically兩者係有分別,根據經驗買家大多數其實係想知道同資金/規劃方面相關嘅developer。所以有興趣的確最好都係坐低傾一傾,而唔係只睇其中一個因素。

      @@katechanchan Is there any issue when closing, for the developer and builder are different. If I need to do a mortgage, does it matter? Thanks

      @ All units have completed final closing successfully. No mortgage issues reported for any of our clients🙂
