I know this comment is ancient, lol, but I still want to reply! I remember when this video first debuted I thought it was a little odd not seeing the standard electro goth stuff. Turn the sound off, and you would probably think it's a vallenato vid or something similar. :p The song is good though, so whatever, you know? I appreciate them being true to themselves, similarly to Tom from A23. They're people that probably aren't true goths, they don't fully identify with the term, but they live, respect and appreciate the culture and its music. They're part of it in their own way. I find that more interesting and appealing than putting on a fake goth front. That actually applies to me, always have - I love this stuff, but I've never considered myself to be goth.
Odd to think the music video is a little out of fashion context. Reality: people we be in their club gear all cyber/industrial/goff out dancing on raised platforms and other elegant footwear.
