This is the only Marvel movie to ever make me cry. Rocket had the most traumatic backstory ever. The fact that "hurts" was his first word is just heartbreaking.

I love how the movie manages to be emotional despite none of the Guardians dying. They just get the closure they always needed and wanted.

This film is an example how as long as you have a great movie that pleases both critics and audiences, then superhero fatigue doesn't really matter.
This movie was very far from other superhero movies, James already said it, the public got tired of cliché stories and this one wasn't, the thing is that they and you didn't know appreciate this beautiful film, but well if in the end you think that then I can't do anything to change your opinion

Easily the best phase 4 movie. 5? Phase 5? No contest.
This is what Marvel is. Im sad to have James Gunn leave, but 'm hoping the whole Marvel team sees why everyone loved this film. It wasn't afraid to be dark, but also heartfelt. It wasn't just oh haha funny funny with a bunch of cameos and bad cgi. James Gunn put his whole heart in this and its nearly the best thing since Endgame.

@@whitenoisereacts Understandable, but do give Wakanda Forever and Loki Season 2 a chance as most fans and critics are saying they are the only good things to come out of the MCU lately.
Secondly, not asking again but you guys need to do some Halloween-Horror themed movies this month as it’s already the third week of October and regardless if you’re dealing with factors such as Copyright, technical delays, etc. that led to your _Gravity_ Group reaction that was supposed to come out on Thursday of last week to premiere today, you’re literally missing out on reacting to other content, so enough with the delays.

Good to see you guys returning back to MCU reactions. GOTG3 is definitely one of the better releases by Marvel Studios this year.
This movie really does have a good ending.
Gotta say, this Guardians films really hit the big time. The humor was on point, the action was really good, and the story behind Rocket wrecked me, so many feels. Volume 3 is by far my favorite Guardians film, solid!
The MCU will be lost without James Gunn
He literally reshaped the franchise with the first movie and saved their ashes after the failure of QUANTUMANIA
Calm down, he did three movies out of nearly three dozen and most of them were really good/excellent. I am a lot more hopeful about the future of DC now that he's at the helm, though.
Quantumania was really good and gets WAY too much hate if you ask me, I think it was a good end to the ant man trilogy and sets up the kang stuff really well

It’s too bad that the whole Thanos-arc made fans really desensitised fans in not believing any other villain can be crueler than him just because of all the Infinity War-hype. Thanos wasn’t outright evil. The High Evolutionary was.
When Rocket said "hurts" as his first word I I started crying in the theatre
Gunn managed to fit a lot of The Suicide Squad cameos in this movie. Nathan Fillion, Rooker and Stallone are back, Daniela Melchior is the "know your truth" woman, and Gunn's wife Jennifer Holland is the woman Gamora shoots in the leg. And, of course, as always, his brother Sean as Kraglin/Rocket's mocap.

Another one I think would be great for you to react to is wakanda forever! It’s very emotional as expected but it’s a beautiful tribute and continuation to those characters like this is for the guardians
I do believe that this really is a good way to close this franchise. I was so scared we were going to lose someone.

Loved this movie!! I don’t know why, but I never loved the Guardians and connected with them. I definitely always preferred the Avengers characters, but Rocket & his crew stole my heart in this one movie! It changed the way I saw the rest of the Guardians movies too. So heartfelt & tragic. But, so hopeful & healing. So much love for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3❤️

Hopefully you, Nobu, Hailey and Stella would do _Slither_ it’s directed by James Gunn who did _The Guardians of the Galaxy_ films and features a lot of alumni that would eventually work with James Gunn such as Michael Rooker, Gregg Henry and Nathan Fillion.
But be warned there is graphic and horrific scenes that you might blur out much like what happened during your reaction of _Annihilation_ (e.g. The moving intestines on the Guy, Anya’s lower jaw removed from the Monster Bear).
Great movie, and has one of my all-time favourite lines by Fillion.

The guy who goes after the Rocket in the beginning of the movie was called Adam Warlock who was one of the most op characters in DC and Marvel who toured Thanos, who stopped the fight about the infinity Gauntlet , he was fighting in the most important comics he had infinity Gauntlet twice ❤
Very emotional film
"Kid-Rocket" is so cute you want to blast him with a pink-laser-ray-gun right into your heart! Hm, there is a name for it... "Cute aggression" - that's it. Look it up.
I think the High evolutionary was in control, but he couldn't accept the fact that Rocket, his own flawed creation(in his eyes), is smarter than him. With his God complex and narcistic, it made him break down, I think part of the reason why he wanted Rocket's brain is not to study, he just wanted to try to find flaw in Rocket so he can prove that he is superior. Earlier in the movie he was quite calm and all, but after Rocket fixed the machine, he's basically just in denial and all went down hill after that.

While I didn't cry during my viewings of Guardians 3, I would be lying if I said my heartstrings weren't pulled.

I do love this movie. It was a great ending and as much as I love the first movie, this one is best imo and became my favorite from their trilogy. It had a great villain and to be, he was a really good mad scientist who was always crazy but Rocket pushed him to be extremely pressured to achieve that perfection because he saw Rocket's potential and was not able to use it.
I loved the focus on Rocket, it gave a lot of heart to the group and the found family aspect they had since the first movie.
I liked the humor, the dynamic and I don't mind the new characters. They will have room to grow and it was a good farewell for the main characters we know.
You guys missed the GuardiansHoliday Special. It set up story points in this movie.

woah woah woah hold up....where'd you get that purple tumbler? I bought a mess of those for like 10 cent a piece like fifteen or so years ago when Walmart was clearing out their inventory and haven't been able to find them since. hands down one of the best plastic tumblers I've ever found.
Certainly better than most of the MCU after phase three, and a good movie, but not as good as the first two GotG's. There's some unwritten law somewhere that everything has to be a trilogy. So this was to be the last hurrah for the GotG, so they had to throw in everything: They set up Adam Warlock from the end credit scene in 2, so we have to put that in. They have to resolve the relationship between Peter and past-Gamora. They have to show the next "life stage" of Groot. They have to show Kraglin and Cosmo (changed to female and talking, after "Why do you let HIM lick you like that? Gross!"). And they had to follow up with Stallone and the other Ravagers. And of course, Drax, Mantis, and Nebula all need their screen time, too. All of that was more than enough to fill a movie, and then they had to put in the "main story" of Rocket and the High Evolutionary.
Pad the whole thing with plenty of childish toilet humor. Put in a few scenes that make no sense (Why didn't Quill have his Star Lord suit at the end?) And we all saw the over-the-top tear-jerking tragedy coming a mile away. It almost felt like James Gunn knew in advance that he was leaving Marvel, and so didn't really give it his best effort.
Still a decent movie, and certainly in the top 3 since the end of phase 3.

Wasn't dreadful, but it just wasn't fun in any way like the preceding movies were. And what was with Groot. He looked dreadful, like a guy in a suit for the most part :(

You know what the weird thing about fans of the MCU is that since in the middle of phase 3 or after fans wanted more comedy, fans wanted more of the original avengers and fans just wanted more stuff but then something wasn't right about fans of the MCU on phase 4 at first when the presentation of phase 4 came out fans were excited because they wanted more I mean the "fans" wanted more Marvel finally they were disappointed but they still wanted more. Fans of the MCU are not to be trusted some of them are fake or too critical or political or hating the actors who are just innocent like Jonathan Majors and Tenoch Huerta because they haven't done anything to you at all. Some are trying to make Marvel into a bad brand with stupid knowledge and people listen that's just dumb. That's why I don't trust MCU fans or people who doesn't know too much of the MCU at all because some wanted to let go and some wanted the old "Marvel" what old Marvel the original avengers actors wanted too rest because they did enough and some of their arcs are done but you or fans wanted more that's all. Just let all things of the old Marvel go done deal.

Takes it seriously? He has topped the charts for every film he has released over the last 15 years. Toxic DC fans need a reality check - and his comedic tone made the franchise much more popular - Guardians 1 was a total success thanks to what James did for it and helped make the MCU massive as a result.
This movie is so good. It's so sad, especially the Rocket flashbacks. I always tear up during them. And when he takes the baby raccoons and accepts himself as one it is so sad and wholesome at the same time.

Honestly, I thought it worked out. They were tying EVERYTHING up, and they were willing to share focus because I feel like nothing should have been the main point. Peter had to get over the fact that this Gamora is is not HIS Gamora, and this new Gamora is literally just a different timeline different experience Gamora. Plus, the Creator had a God Complex because he LITERALLY made universes and galaxies and races, so to himself his flaws were not flaws they were gifts that I bet he'd rather those round him. His unhingedness, in his mind, is not unhinged 🤷🏽♀️. Overall tho, I really liked Vol. 3!! I'm glad you guys got to atleast enjoy it!! Also... You guys should react to Starkid's new musical Nerdy Prudes Must Die, it is the apex of their shows in production 👀👀👀

Groot grows faster being around powerful beings, hence after being around Adam Warlock he is so huge in tolhe credit scene

I come here for your reactions and opinions I was just being honest, not trying to be a dick. But I guess if you want to take it there then my viewership means nothing to you. I guess I'll take your advice.
I disagree with you two, Peter and Gamora had plenty of screen time together, Adam Warlock was great and he is going to be a guardian and the pacing of the movie is perfect so i don't know what you are talking about.
