I rather liked this story when I did it. What I did at the end of it was sit a while at Musosai’s grave. And as luck would have it, watched the sun set over the horizon. I thought it felt right to do this to at least give him some company for a while now that he found peace and atonement.
I would personally like to see a prequel to this story. It was a beautiful ending to the life of an incredible Samurai, but the story leading up to all of this would be incredible to see either in game or a novel.

I often see Ostygrein practicing near Kugane Plaza, practicing away, still wearing his shiny blue hat. Hope he comes more into play later on.
I have a strong feeling we will see him again either in the level 90 Samurai quest or some other content especially since they had Oboro and Tsubame helping us fight in Zadnor

The level 68 quest really messed me up. The last part made no sense whatsoever. For some reason, the police chief accepted a duel with this outlaw and his dudes just stood there picking their noses as he died. Even worse is that YOU just stood there nodding your serial-nodder head, as this ONE dude, hunted by EVERYONE, calmly walks away. Absolutely no one tries to stop him. It's the Sekiseigumi headquarters, and no one tried anything.
I get that letting someone get away happens often enough in this game, but you could argue in most cases that they *could* feasibly get away. This was just screech inducing.
I love your videos! I get too distracted sometimes reading all the dialogues and miss stuff.

Wow, what a story. People kept mentioning how notable the dark knight quests were, but I wasn't expecting that. I audibly gasped at the first twist reveal.

Love your channel and videos. Samurai is my melee dps and I love it. The story behind it is quite awesome
Samurai is 1 of the best melee tbh and the story reminded me of the old martial arts movies that I watched growing up which is probably why it's 1 of my favorites.
@@ChroniclerofLore I very much agree. It’s a unique class with a great flow and a useful set of skills. Feels old school compared to anything else and reminds me of old kung-fu movies. Love martial arts as well it’s beautiful to see and watch

It was a very good story. But one of the main reasons I made this channel is so people who did skip the stories can find them here in an easy to listen to format.

Won't lie when I came upon samurai and ninja it was a choice between which side you want quick strikes from the shadows or honorable combat.
Course i....tempted to try but don't know the play style well
Gonna be honest, from a fun standpoint Samurai is way less stressful with its stabby stabby combat. But Ninja mudras are extremely enjoyable too. If you want to test them out try running PoTD and test it out.

Good hope you enjoy it. I've noticed there's a lot of voidsent lore scattered all over the place from Eden to the Red Mage storyline. Once the Reaper job comes out I'm gonna compile it all because I think we will learn a lot from that job's story

Undoubtedly. There's also voidsent in both the Crystal tower story, the Red Mage story, and the new "warriors of darkness" on the First are getting ready to try to fix the 13th shard. Yeah i need to cover that story too now that I think about it
