The thing that says “aptx 4869” is a pill that turns anyone who takes it into a kid. Haibara Ai is the one who created it and that’s why she’s sitting on it. Conan and Shinichi are the same person, Shinichi was forced to take that pill and turned into a kid so he changed his name to Conan so the organization that did it to him doesn’t hurt the people he loves.
Amuro (the guy sitting on the sandwich) works at a cafe but he’s actually a kind of secret agent.
The guy in all black is also an agent but for another special force and the case he sits on holds his sniper rifle.
My favorite of these figures is Kid the Phantom thief. He’s actually not a bad guy. He steals diamonds to find the one that the organization that was after his dad wants. He returns the diamonds once he makes sure that they aren’t that specific diamond.
It’s a great series and I hope you can watch it!
