IIM ROHTAK's reputation is lowest among new iims. At 97% people will get the new and baby IIMs call, top private colleges- MDI, IMT etc, other government colleges like IITs, IIFT etc.

You have a chance in Rohtak in ST category. But I think at this percentile you will definitely get calls from other 20 IIMS, IIT Delhi and IIT Bombay calls. Save 3000 and invest in other top colleges, gdpi. I know one PWD category person converted it at low percentile (less than 80) but he got conversion from IIMK, Cap iims, so he obviously rejected Rohtak.
