1. Brake dust is the same on the SS and LT1
2. ZL1 owners upgrade to a 2650 or whipple blower for the better cooling and higher power ceiling.
3. Apple car play, Apple sucks.
4. Get a steering wheel cover or swap in another gen 6 steering wheel that is not Alcantara.
5. You need drag radials if you want to hook on the street in 1st or 2nd gear.
Completely agree, upgrade to 2650 plus add the inner chiller. Easily doing, about 1k horsepower withe good tuning. As well as long tub headers
2 intercooler bricks directly below that lt4 lid. Get to know your car more!

The Supercar 3's and Supercar 3R's were specifically designed for the ZL1's and 1LE's. The supercar 3 has a 220 tread wear rating and the 3R has a tread wear rating of 100. The lower the rating, the stickier the tire. You would have to have a non street legal racing slick to have better grip than what these provide. But with those soft, sticky tires, you won't get many miles out of them on the street. They are not really meant for daily street use. They were actually designed for running on road courses and have proven themselves as superior to all others in that arena. The Michelin's perform almost as well as the Goodyears, but they get greasy after they get hot causing loss of grip.

My 2011 SS and 2018 ZL1 both spinned like hell on their stock tires. I still have the same stock tires on my 2018 ZL1… I really need to bite the bullet and buy some new tires. 6 year bald stock tires are just a accident waiting to happen.
