I miss the attack heli double vision. Can we have more now that the attack helis have received some love? Or even with scout heli double vision. A good and fun strategy is to have a guy with an LMG on the side. And when you have a bipod, the lmg uses it if you sit on a passenger side on boat or scout heli. M240B is awsome for this.
I jsut started using the choppers (scout and attack) more and was just wondering, how long does it take to get decent at flying them? Seems like every time I use one, I am up for about 2-5 minutes before being completely swarmed by engineers or other choppers/jets.

They did not like me when I got the AA-LAV. I played one BF3 match where I had 6 guys trying to kill me with tanks to aircraft. All of them had 100 Service stars in their specific vehicle (got nemesis 9 on most of them because they could not shoot while out of vehicles). I watched there walls when they played BF4 and they whined everything is soo weak. LOL

It honestly doesn't take that long to max out the vehicles in BF4. I had them all maxed within the first week, after about 30 hours of gameplay. That might be partially because I'm more skilled in some of them, but BF3 took me months to max out all the vehicles. Even the tank ITV station took quite a while for how much I used the vehicle. The vehicle unlock rate in this game is kind of a joke, honestly.
That's basically what Battlefield is. A huge epic scene from a Hollywood movie where tonnes of soldiers fight in destructable environments. Call of Duty has nothing on the scale of Battlefield.

@LevelCapGaming, haven't you found that Zuni Rockets are far more accurate (in that they aim straight at the 'I' indicator), and do more damage in a short burst? I found that the 'smart' rockets don't seem to track that much towards vehilces, and as a tv will do sufficient damage from range, I prefer having the accurate burst damage for close range engagements eg with other helis.
tip for you guys....when you start the heli....shoot a missile/gun round and then reload immediately....you'llhave more ammo inyour storage this way...not sure if you already do that.

Hi, can you guys try out the new thermal optics and comment on it? In battlelog it states that it "[...] shows heat signatures across all ranges." Espeacially the "all ranges" part interests me as a HC player. In BF3 there was a cutoff at a certain range.
AH-64s and Mi-28s have 30mm chainguns not the same as frogfoot. Helicopters don't use gatling type rotary cannons which are stronger and has far more recoil than a chain gun.
Levelcap could you consider making a video on the RSOD and BSOD on Battlefield 4 because I think that DICE should know that its a really massive problem and they need to fix it, Thumbs up so Levelcap can see!
You can search up videos on actual attack helicopter gun cams on RUclips. Just search up Apache heli Afghanistan or something like that and you can hear the chatter of the pilots too.

If you are talking about the rubber banding stuff everyones worried about the explanation is DICE said the characters no longer twitch like they used in BF3 when some one lagged his character used ot jump ahead. In bF4 that is not there i like it this way i dont mind even if i get shot after i ran behind cover coz this affects both persons he would have ran to cover whne you have shot. So as long as there is not twitch i am ok with this.

Half of it is that the netcode is infact bad, and the other half is that the countermessures have a slight delay before they even take effect built in, both of which stack to it being really bad at the moment.
You need to make a new Double vision but with on the ground and another as commander, just think the potential of the scan, infinite ammo, anti spotting
I don't know about the ECM. Sometimes I pop it and still get hit and this is like as soon as I hear the alert going off. Also, doesn't flares have less reloading time or its just me?

battle packs sometimes give you experience boosters you can apply through the pause menu
I really love how well levelcap flies, and don t get me wrong matio is a good gunner but look at that under the bridge peak at 3:30 srr for my english
I had a day off work yesterday so played all day and ranked up quite a bit, make sure you always have the +XP bonuses active, they really help a ton.

flares last longer and are a more better at redirecting the missiles however ECM take you of the radar so ECM are better on scout helicopters

Upgrading graphics drivers helps, also the crashing is only on certain servers (at least for me).

if you play with any vehicle or class, for that matter, you'll eventually unlock everything for the respective class or vehicle, that's what he meant
In Bf3 I was amazing in helicopters but in Bf4 Stingers won't fuck off long enough to do us any good. Great job on that streak level and Matimio

Chopper's my favorite vehicle and i still say Stiglas are fine. annoying to deal with perhaps, but a good pilot knows how to break locks.
