Madden 24 Tips - Игры
Good tip!
Glad it was helpful!
Great tip, Only single side receivers this will work
Its just goofy to me that these DBs play it this way in madden, but IRL press man would look a lot like it did when you had the deep 3rd. I get that EA doesnt want man to be too OP, but there natural man beating routes, like the zig route. Apparently most players weren't smart enough when Man coverages played good last year.
It’s more so that ea doesn’t let routes that beat man do it consistently. For example against inside shade man a corner route will win like 8/10 times. Those two times u throw a pick cuz u have to throw routes on the break if u don’t have set feet lead so it’s kind of a guessing game
We definitely see where you're coming from! It would be nice if the true man coverage played this well in these press alignments!
Great tip
Glad it was helpful!
3 picks first game in my cfm with this 🙏
Awesome to hear! Once you start to understand the formations this will work against, it definitely changes the way you can play defense!
With Match on, would a Deep Quarter be better that way they keep some of the man principles?
You can get some man principles in the third as well and you don't get the consistency with the press animation we've found in a quarter.
For me, the Mike Evans FS card would not press at all with an Outside Third, but pressed everytime with an Outside Quarter. So I've been using Outside Quarters on both sides. Any thoughts as to why this might be happening? I do have Match on btw.@@HuddleGG
Does this work with a streak instead of a fade? Let's say against a Tyrek?
It should work the same vs a streak, yes. Now if you're facing Tyreek and your cornerback is giving up 9 or 10 speed, we can't guarantee you won't give up any separation but if you're cornerback is fairly close in speed you shouldn't have to worry.
I played with the Dolphins u absolutely do not prese the Dolphins I look for this. I also look tactics like this all u have to do is motion Hill to break that press technique.
Can I run Cover 4 Quarters and Outside 1/3 the Cbs and this still work?
You can. Double check with your specific formation that it will work, but we have used this out of Cover 4 Quarters before!
Who are you putting in outside 3rd? The corner or safety? I never saw the play art of the CB
If you couldn’t see that you probably can’t see brotha
@@rickmerritt1532nah fr 😂
Yes the outside corner to the solo wr side in the video.
@@rickmerritt1532 watched it again. I was doing too much tryna watch it. I see it bro. It works. Only on WR that are outside the numbers though and also outside quarter works better on the right side of the field. The CB will miss the WR if you don't use outside quarter. Y Y B And Right on Thumbstick 🤷🏽♂️
Do not do this against bunch strong sets it does not do a super press and yr CB will get burnt and will just get ran past yr CB by the WR
It depends if the receiver is still split out wide or if he's compressed. Some Bunch Strong sets still have the receiver split out wide and this tip will still work against those formations!
What should u put on outside corner in a zone play with base align on? Outside third?
Depends what routes you are looking to stop with that player.
So if I call a cover 3 play in match coverage and press this animation isn’t as consistent?
Certain plays where starts in a C3 third don't get the same press animation and will play a bail technique instead. You'll have to test in your defense to see which plays will press and which won't.
With match does he stay with him on the hook or comeback like off-man ??
If it's a match play to start (has light blue or pink zones), he'll have matching principles. Typically he won't stay with a curl but comeback he will.
What if they do quick inside slant with wr
Then he'll be open.
Darn
Cover 4 plaims do not get beat deep even with pressing
Unfortunately, a base press with C4 palms can get beaten over the top, especially if match coverage is turned on.
This highlights how garbage and unrealistic EA's game is. The fact there are channels highlighting / exploiting how bad the the AI is called as "tips" is truly laughable.
We're sorry you feel that way. At the end of the day, it is a video game, and we want to ensure people understand how it works, and how they can be better at it.
@@HuddleGG This is my problem. Being "better" at a nfl video game shouldnt mean a thing. Being "better" at real life football should mean everything but the game is not remotely realistic enough. Keep teaching AI exploits/glitches for $$ instead of criticizing ea and trying to improve the game.
