I saw another YT auditor. Businesses called police on him for filming from the sidewalk. So HQ had an officer walk to each business on the street and tell them (educate) that he is allowed to film. Thank you for recognizing the profound differences between racism and abuse of authority. There is racism in policing, but the much much larger problem is police and government believing they are a class above American citizens. It's a huge problem that is growing
They think people can keep cool heads when they're being treated horribly. It's unconscionable. Give this poor man his ID and his food. What is wrong with these people?!? It's sick and we are insane to be funding it.
The bottom line is you must commit a crime to be trespassed from public property. It’s interesting how when you asked that Sargent if the complaint will go directly to iA, he hesitated, stuttered, then said it will go through the “channels”.🤦🏽 Does that mean it will get passed around to all the officers that are subject of the complaint?
they hire all of these sons and daughters of immigrants who are from countries where American foreign policy installed fascists that had a certain kind of educational system, directed by America, that have these guys on track to do exactly what they're doing
This level of blatant tyrannical ignorance makes me sick. How do these law enforcement officers not know this stuff by now? There is no reasonable expectation of privacy in public, and a constitutionally protected activity can not be converted into a crime. What the actual "F" is going on here?! Great work, James. Keep standing up for our rights. You are a true champion of the people. 👍
And a building/gov agency cannot make law. Only Congress/Reps can, but they cannot make a law that violates 1A. Every mention of trespassing was invalid, because filming cannot be used as a trespass reason. And cops/guards were making false accusations of disrupting business (to link it to trespassing). That is making a false complaint.
The attitude of those blue gang members is dispicable. Officer Nemtsov seems to don't care about your rights. This is the same as Police asking one member of the the public with dark skin color to leave because a person with white skin color doesn't like dark skin color or the other way around. It's not solving a breach of peace it's taking sides with someone who infringes on someone else's right to be treated equally in public according to the law. This will be a federal lawsuit.
He also seems foreign? But even the american cops do not understand that a sign/policy is not law? And do not understand that a building/gov agency CANNOT make law. Only Congress/Reps can, and even they cannot make a law that violates 1A. All the cops who spoke to deny, need to be arrested. The cop in the hat was just doing body guard duty, and didnt issue threats of arrest (wasnt up to him anyways). So hed just be a witness against them.
The dumb-dumb security doofus cost the tax payer a lot of money. He should be held accountable and pay for the police operation. He made it on 2nd place on my "The dumbest Security Guard of the Year" Award. The cops are out of control on anything they do, they don't know the law nor do they have common sense. Keep up the great work. Greetings from Berlin, Germany.
Former security guard here. I have worked at major sites such as international airports and international convention centers... you CANNOT body block or make physical contact with anyone at any time (in my TTA voice). These guards care too much smh. I didn't give a damn, as long as no one was in danger. But in their defense, some of these site managers set them up for dummy missions. Mines got mad because I let the FBI up to a secure floor of the county executives, who was under federal investigation. So she thought I was supposed to put my freedom on the line to obstruct justice. I told that bird to pound sand 😂. I had one ask me what I would do if someone came in with a vest that goes boom... I said mf run 😂😂😂.
Amazing, the female cop who doesn't know the law and is enforcing what the security guard wants. She thinks that by passing the buck to the security guard, she and her officers are off the hook. Im watching this thinking I should be used to cops being clueless about the law at this point. But every single time, I'm simply amazed. We have cops on our streets who literally don't know or understand the law. It's surreal.
Im so pissed with the situation, we definitely encourage you Mr. James to follow up on this and show us part 2. Im honestly feeling it to my nerves after this video, we want to see justice!!!
So let me understand the Sargent… if a public servant wants to put up a sign in a public building restricting our rights they now have the RIGHT to infringe on someone’s constitutional rights … so who has rights ? The government or the people and who’s rights trump the another?
More important is the building/gov agency cannot make law. Only Congress/Reps can, and even they cannot make law that violates 1A. So more auditors should repeat that point when the dummies say "but there's a sign." TT said this, but I think saying it more would help.
Do you see what the police did something very slimy? They changed what the original complaint was about the original complaint was about James recording in a public building in public accessible areas. But when James explain to them that he had a right to film in public accessible areas and when the young lady officer read the sign there was no statute connected to cell phone recording that was there policy and policy is not law. So what they did after knowing filming in public was lawful they change the charge to trespassing because that sign had a statute for trespassing but you have to have committed a crime to be hit with trespassing in public but James never did anything illegal to get a trespassing warning. You can't just kick someone out of a public building without that person breaking a law and do it under trespassing just because you don't like what a person may be doing, it has to be something unlawful. This is equivalent to them kicking a person out of a public building just because they don't like the color of clothes they are wearing and try to do that under trespassing.
Great job on standing up for all our rights and exercising yours in such an elegant and respectful manner. You are one of my favorite civil rights advocates.

The cop doesn't care it takes a lot of time to file suits and even then nothing much happens to him. Hes not out of pocket money.

Our government has the power to stop the ignorance and corruption in police departments but they won’t because the government benefits from poor policing!
You got it boss! #Protect and Serve
I saw another YT auditor. Businesses called police on him for filming from the sidewalk. So HQ had an officer walk to each business on the street and tell them (educate) that he is allowed to film. (And this saves the city money, by not having to go out for false complaints.) So yes the gov can educate about 1A but often refuses to.
The government is the problem. Thats the problem.

Thank you for recognizing the profound differences between racism and abuse of authority. There is racism in policing, but the much much larger problem is police and government believing they are a class above American citizens. It's a huge problem that is growing
Complete waste of resources honestly James I REALLY hope you sue this is so uncalled for

Must be some X-Men squad, given the dude with bionic hearing from first part of the video.
Disgusting that they violated your rights like that. Imagine how many other rights they violate on a daily basis. None of them deserve their job.
I don't want to know what they do off camera. Bad public servants hate cameras because transparency is their cryptonite.
It’s disgusting that people that stupid are allowed firearms. It’s troubling they’re allowed sharp things. It’s frightening they’re allowed outside unaccompanied.
The bottom line is you must commit a crime to be trespassed from public property.
It’s interesting how when you asked that Sargent if the complaint will go directly to iA, he hesitated, stuttered, then said it will go through the “channels”.🤦🏽
Does that mean it will get passed around to all the officers that are subject of the complaint?
If there is policy that says" no filming, then a person needs to follow the policy.
You are stepping on the rights of others. They have an expectation of privacy when accessing state buildings.

You're absolutely right..thanks alot for the support 🦾🦾🦾
And a building/gov agency cannot make law. Only Congress/Reps can, but they cannot make a law that violates 1A. Every mention of trespassing was invalid, because filming cannot be used as a trespass reason. And cops/guards were making false accusations of disrupting business (to link it to trespassing). That is making a false complaint.
When he finds out he is wrong I bet he won't even apologize.
Of course he won’t…why would he? His head is far up his butt
They don’t like to apologize
Narrcs are physically incapable of apologizing
RUN does sound like the best option! 🤓
@gregkasza1925 hell yea. I looked at that fool like what the hell would you propose for me to do lol.

This Police department really pissed me off. Would love to see something actually done about this. We need some lawsuits with receipts and proof
What an extremely ignorant, unhinged security guard. Figures if he worked for Allied Security. Insane the cops do not know the law and a Sargent wow!
And the cops try so hard to back him up.
Penny has the brains and authority of wet bread. Someone with such a lack of skills should just stay home.
Only thing is Their "LAWFUL COMMANDS" ARE, unlawful commands. Great Video !!!
"Brains of a bracelet."
That guard needs to be FIRED! HE needs to charge him.
Look at this sergeant trying to change the words around very slick
You're absolutely right..you nailed it
"From the top TTA family, fromm the tooooooopp!!!" I love this guy!!! He got me saying that now😂😂😂
