This can easily be adapted to Search & Rescue in High Buildings from fire or Earthquake. Maybe a lightweight Parachute can be taken to a person trapped high in a building. Sure there are winds that could be hazardous & maybe crash. There is always a risk. But, imagine if that was you trapped high in a building. Or your father, mother, husband or wife, son, daughter. A man flies up to you in Zapata craft & gets a parachute to you . What would you do? I would put the parachute on & jump. Instead of die for sure, if building were on fire. Or die from smoke inhalation. Every country in the world with high buildings can have these craft, with well trained people & powerful air resistant jets, ready for an emergency. Yes, I know that if several people were trapped, that would be a problem.
