Dear Andy! You describe 'reseting wireless connecting' only from camera side. Its just a part of problem. You shoud say also about 'wi-fi and bluetooth reseting' from side of the device you are trying connect to. (Just helped my wife hook up xt-30ii to android phone after last fuji app update. obviously it crash and wont connect after update)

I do it a little differently. It connects way quicker and I think it is making better use of Bluetooth. For me and my X-T3, it is way faster and more reliable. I never have trouble but I had to delete and re-pair like you did. Now whenever you want to use the phone app, turn it on but don’t touch the square icon button on your phone to import images selected ON PHONE. Instead power your camera on but don’t touch it further. (make sure that if you view images it would be the card with the JPEG’s but turn the camera on and don’t touch it further. Then turn on the phone app. Tap the long horizontal bar above those two square boxes to import images SELECTED ON CAMERA. Yes, the photo selections will be controlled through the camera. You don’t need to wait forever for it to load thumbnails on your phone. You will see the camera respond but don’t touch the camera. A couple seconds later your phone will ask if you want to join and tap yes on the phone to join. You are done with the phone now. it will switch your camera to view images mode and you should see the Jpegs on your camera screen. Now use the D Pad to click ok or move to next image on the camera. The selections are made on the camera rather than the phone. It then sends the image to the phone really quickly. The process is so much faster and the connection is way better. Hope that makes sense. If your camera says it can’t transmit an image it’s because you are viewing the raws instead of jpegs. Disconnect, switch camera viewing mode to the card with the jpegs. Shut camera off and then on again. Start again with the phone app. Hope it works for you and sorry for the long explanation.

I have just connected due to my images from my sd card sending images to iPhone and they were blank. This app now says 187minutes to transfer just 40 raw images. Whaaat
Still not working for me, my phone says my camera is paired but the camera keeps saying SMARTPHONE NOT FOUND. Ive deleted everything and reconnected ive deleted the app and redownloaded it twice and this POS Fuji just refuses to pair with my phone. So now I wish id bought another Canon as I had no problem with their remote app at all.
I had this frozen issue with iPhone 15 pro after I updated the IOS version to 18.0. WiFi is unable to connect to this network and the camera gets frozen. Do you know how to solve this?
@@alisamotricala5636 strange, my iPhone 14 Pro Max already iOS18 doesn’t have this issue but my new iPhone 16 Pro Max just freezes the camera. I called Apple and nothing can be done.

I had problems connecting to my X-S20 even though Bluetooth was enabled. It turned out that the camera was in flight mode, I never expected that.

Do companies make transfers app that’s actually good??? I have a Kodak Pixpro that I like to use, and the app for that is pretty bad too.

Great! but on my XT-2 I can't find the BLUETOOTH button onthe camera. I can still not connect to my samsung S20 phone.

Wait till you try iphone 16 pro max. You camera will freeze and you won't be able to do anything till you pull out the battery.
